This project I am working on is all about Leon Russell, and a tribute to his music. But I had to take a minute and reflect on how incredible the Fort Hill neighborhood is.
I borrowed the basics of this song from the master himself, Leon Russell. Its not similar enough to the original song to call it," Manhattan Isle Serenade", but its similar enough to give it a similar name. In honor of the great musician Leon Russell, and in love and affection to this neighborhood ,I played solo piano, and recorded it, and made a video reflecting on the moments, we had here at SunsetSeries, in Boston. So I call this song,

THANKS Wendy that means alot to me.. Yes I have always loved Fort Hill, but when the rest of the world retreated during Covid, I even had a much stronger sense of community, and I got to know and became friends with people I would never have met..So it was a Covid positive..lol.. and now we all know eachother and people that would never have met eachother as well. So this place is heaven to me.!!❤
