Early 1970s 16mm News Film - Bob Mills - San Diego Portuguese-American Community

Another film from the Bob Mills archive, kindly donated by his daughter Paula. Mills was a TV personality in San Diego for many years in the 1960s-70s era. Much of that time he was at Channel 8, and any of those films will be posted on their RUclips channel. Anything he did after leaving Channel 8 will be posted here.
This particular video has most of its sound missing, presumably on a separate sound reel that was lost long ago. It appears to be a profile of the Portuguese-American community in San Diego.
