I was a cook for 3 years right after college.
I’ve moved on with my permanent career which is not in the restaurant industry.
But I still enjoy cooking various cuisines which I think I’m still good at but always eager and wanting to get better at it.
But whenever I see this guy cook, I get a good boost of confidence…cuz what the hell is he doing?!
I use a nice deep cast iron pot to soak that hammer shank an cook then out on to the smoker for 2 1/2 hrs… spray it with apple cider vinegar/ sugar/ orange juice…. Fabulous
