Oh my, snowflake. Toughen up, that’s what your immune system is for. If you ever eaten ANYWHERE, there has been cross contamination. It’s not nearly as big of a deal as people make it out to be. Wear a helmet if you’re going to be that soft.

I don't get why any cook or "chef" makes so many portions for a stupid RUclips video. I was turned off a couple minutes in; It's just a video of gluttony.
If you have a recipe you want to share, concentrate on making just one quality portion, not dumping a teaspoon of salt haphazardly because you're rushing through making a 10 person serving. If you're making Nacho's or something; then I get it

Ground beef cooked medium is fine. Risk of parasites or worms is very low unless you buy your meat in a very sketchy supermarket.
With years in the food service industry ALL ground meat should be cooked to at least medium well!

Cheddar never belongs on a burger. It’s tasteless and doesn’t melt. Use American cheese.
I think you must be buying some low grade cheddar if you think plastic cheese has more flavour.
plastic cheese? Ok snobby. The burger industry from fast foods on up overwhelmingly use American cheese on burgers. Why? Because it melts well, retains its color without turning translucent, and has a much creamier flavor. Cheddar is fine but not on a burger. I see you’re one of those who thinks that somehow cheddar makes your burger more proper or fancier bs.
