In terms of good-better-best, you've got base-bigbend-outerbanks in the conventional way (comfort and styling), base-blackdiamond-badlands in the off-roady way, with the raptor if you can afford it better still. Wildtrak aspires to be better in both ways, but add the bigger wheels and bigger engine to any other trim and you've basically got a wildtrak. Manual transmission is not availabale with Mid or better equipment package except on badlands, so if you want a stickshift in conjunction with heated seats or the front cameras, you're pushed into a relatively high trim. Stick shift does not have the cut brake. Notable feature of the big bend is that it is the cheapest trim on which you can get a locking differential (on base, you'd need to upgrade to sasquatch). That said, black diamond only slightly more expensive has the locker stock and also has steel bumper, underbody protection, and the washable interior. Everglades is basically a black diamond sasquatch but with a snorkel and winch pre-installed, but the snorkel adds less than 2" of fording depth. Badlands has the same suspension as sasquatch, and there's now a small spacer lift if you want to roll your own, but the net savings would be modest. The larger engine only makes 10% more power, but 30% more torque. However, the crawler gear on the stickshift, only available with the smaller engine, multiplies torque by a larger factor, so it's about the same maximum at the wheel. With sasquatch package, manual is same price as auto, but without that optional package, manual is cheaper.
All the useful information. Most people don’t know you can’t get a 4 door manual with base and need at least BB to add lockers. The deal breaker for the BD for me was the vinyl seats (without ventilated seats, not a good time in Moab). As a manual driver all the expensive mall crawling add-ons are mostly meaningless as many are incompatible.
This is super helpful! I was trying to figure out if it was even possible to get a Bronco manual with heated seats and I didn't think it was! Going from the MSRP of the base model to the high package badlands model isn't worth the extra $20K just for heated seats though haha. I'll just buy some heated seat covers for $100
@@billrupert7560 Wouldn't have done it myself just for heated seats, but the camera is a big deal. I consider it a safety feature, not just a convenience, crest a ridge and see nothing but sky over the hood, camera shows where the trail goes (or if it continues at all)
WOW man, this was a great explanatory video, just too fast... I get lost in trims and features. Why did the price you give us, sound cheaper than the one I was just today at a Ford dealer? I really appreciate you taking the time to tell us about the Broncos. It is one of my options to consider. Thank you Daniel
Thank you, Daniel and I appreciate the comment and your watching the video. It's very easy to get lost in the trims and features. There's a lot to cover! I think the MSRP of vehicles moves around a little bit. It's not static. I just go off the manufacturer's website at the time I do the video. I'm sure it changes and I wouldn't be surprised if the MSRP slightly differs depending on where you get your info. Thanks for watching, Frank
Still watching but I believe the Everglades & Wraptor are only available in 4 door. I also believe the Everglades is only available with the 2.3L turbo Ecoboost engine.
Haha, I can certainly understand your dilemma - the Ford Bronco has some fantastic trim levels to choose from! Each one has its own unique features and appeal. If you have specific requirements or preferences (like off-roading, luxury features, daily commuting, etc.), that might help filter out the best trim level for you. Hope this helps!
Really think im gonna get a Bronco soon, I just got a wrangler for 48k. It has no keyless entry, no power door locks, no power windows, driving it on the highway feels like absolute shit as it bounces everywhere along with the steering wheel, the stereo is slow I have to wait two minutes after starting for it to actually start responding to my touches and I have to manually connect my phone to bluetooth everytime, not to mention my portable speaker sounds better than the audio system in the jeep, etc. etc.
Ford, PLEASE make this in an EV (not hybrid) and it'll sell like mad! Lots of options, several levels. Like the Mustang, you brought this back strong & proper, crank 'em out!
Thanks for your comment! It's true that the base model of any vehicle might not have all the bells and whistles of higher trims. However, the Base Bronco still offers a solid off-road capability and the classic Bronco design. That said, everyone's preferences are different, and that's why it's great there are several other trims to choose from. If there's a specific feature or aspect you didn't like about the base model, I'd love to hear more about it. Thanks for watching!
There's a lot to cover on the 2022 Ford Bronco. The Everglades and Raptor trim levels are 4-door models only.

Thorough and concise man, great video!
Badlands is the best choice overall and you can always get it fast(im on my second build delivered)
Actually helped me alot. thanks.
Yooo I was on the fence with the bronco or jeep and you made my choice easy ..bronco all day fam
Thank you so much 🙏🏾
Just drive the Jeep and you will know the Bronco is much better built, I was looking at both also but could not pay $60,000 for Jeep 😮
Excellent summary!
Thank you so much!
Bronco = Beautiful
Also in the Wraptor there are cross supports added for more stability - specifically on the B-Pillar. I think that's it.
Still watching but I believe the Everglades & Wraptor are only available in 4 door. I also believe the Everglades is only available with the 2.3L turbo Ecoboost engine.
You're awesome, thanks for the clarification
There's so much to cover, you did an amazing job! Great 'all business ' voice.
@@adamwebber9547 Thank you I appreciate that and thank you for watching!
Outerbanks is 4 door. I have one
I like the Big Ben model standard with all the features I need hard top I would prefer a lime green automatic but I can only dream😢
God Damn, more confused now as to which one I want!! :P

Great breakdown
Thank you
i like the Black Diamond or The Big bend in a 4 door and hopefully hard top but i would be ok with soft top

Can you order these WITHOUT the pilot 360? I absolutely hate the pre collision auto lock your brakes up for no reason crap.
Cool!
ThX!
Thank you too!
They don't all come in a 2 door or or a 4 door the Everglades is 4 door only the Raptor is four door only
Big Bend is least expensive way to get manual with 4-door. This combo not available on Base.
This right here. Also the cheapest trim with AT tires from the factory and ability to add rear lockers.
^^^ this, that's what we are doing. when orders re-open we are buying the Big Bend 4 -door. And then adding what we want from there
I just want a 2 door V6 with the Sasquach package, led headlamps and maybe navigation screen, which trim is that?
♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
THEY NEED DESERT SAND IN ALL LEVELS OF TRIM…
Ford, PLEASE make this in an EV (not hybrid) and it'll sell like mad! Lots of options, several levels. Like the Mustang, you brought this back strong & proper, crank 'em out!
Saw the base, base model yesterday. Man it looks like shit.

100k for a raptor what a joke.
Yeah they got a lot going on Alright they're about to have a lawsuit going on for my blown head gasket
How many miles ? Just started looking into these a bit concerned about engine problems...
2.3? 2.7 is a better ecoboost engine
This dude late to the party there has been thousands reviews about the broncos already
And now there's mine
