I recommend putting a scrunchy at the end so its easy to hold and wrap the ponytail into the other scrunchy.

Does the brown gel build up in your locs? I haven’t used any in years but want to start back. That gel was the only thing that kept my hair sleek

My locs are 17yrs old and that ampro black gel washes out... You just need to do a couple shampoos instead of twice.. To get the excess that goes into the lovs when brushing it in.

Try not to pull your locks too tight. Because the hair follicles can suffer much damage and the hair growth can be halted especially in the very top crown area. However the style is beautiful and your locs look super healthy.
