Yes. I use two hairnets. The first to neaten the stray love. The second, I pull tighter and tuck the ends for a tighter hold. I have left it up for 3 days at most and it was still holding well when I took it down.
This its so quick and easy. I have long locks and trying to make different styles with it but don't want spend a long time working with it. This bun tutorial is awesome!

I had a BIG job interview y'day and couldn't get in to see my loctitian to style my hair. All I can do is a ponytail. :( So, I studied your video and put my hair in a bun, using your method and one of those donut hole things and a very fine hair net. I nearly cried over it (I'm a grown-ass woman too!) but I got it done and it looked ca-ute and professional. :)

My locs have gotten long enough to get a bun like this.. and let me tell y’all it’s not for the weak ! 🤣 your shoulders might be on fire at first , idk if they’ll get used to it , hopefully !

I wear my buns that way. The only thing I do differently is I don't use the second hairband. I use a hairnet to keep it all neat and together.

If your locs don't reach, you can simply poke/tuck them in or use a hair net that matches your hair color.

I use clairol textures and tones, they have pretty good colors in my opinion for women of color

I used 7g, Lightest Blonde. It comes with a booster packet to mix with the color and developer. No need to bleach prior.
