  • I have never eaten such delicious bread! Simple and easy cheesy flatbreads for breakfast! Quick recipe. It only takes a few simple ingredients to make this recipe, such as flour, water, some cheese and butter. I'm sure anyone can make it! Friends, write to me in the comments, did you like the recipe? 🤗😍
    Recipe and ingredients:
    200 ml warm water.
    1 teaspoon salt.
    Mix well.
Add 150 grams of flour and mix.
Add another 150 grams of flour and knead the dough.
The dough should be a little sticky.
Cover the dough for 10 minutes.
Grate 100 grams of gouda cheese or any other cheese of your choice.
Divide the dough into 4 parts.
    Make 4 balls.
Cover the dough so it doesn't dry out.
Roll out the dough very thin.
    Melt 100 grams of butter.
    Brush the dough with butter.
    Add grated cheese.
    Add some sesame seeds.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Roll out the flatbread to 18 cm in diameter.
    Grease the skillet with butter.
    Cook over medium heat.
Brush the top of the flatbread with butter.
Flip over to the other side from time to time until golden brown.
Now the cheese mini bread is ready.

I'm from southern part of India. We call this as "Parotta". We usually eat this Parotta with chicken or mutton or egg gravy or mixed vegetables gravy. If you made this with wheat flour it is called as Chapathi. If it is stuffed with cauliflower or potato any vegetables we call it as paratha e.g. aloo paratha if it is stuffed with potatoes. U can try to taste many Indian traditional dishes. It would be very tatsy to eat. 😇☺️

We call this Chapati. For us, the more the layers it has, the tastier it is! It’s not common to mix the dough with cheese, but it’s very common to use grated carrot or pumpkin! 🎉

Well my mother used to make me a really delicious dip, for these kind of flatbread. She would toast 2 to 3 tomatoes, peel the skin and mash them. Then add lime juice and chopped onion, some salt and pepper. I then, the most amazing part! She will add hot oil to the mixture and quicly mix it then add some parsley or mint.

I'm in the US in an area known as the Emerald Coast of Florida. Many of the Native American Tribes from this area have a version of this they called Fry Bread, which they cooked on a flat rock that was set over an open fire. If cheese was added, it would be on top and folded in once it melted.
I never imagined putting cheese or grated veggies in the actual dough! This has so many possibilities that I'm sure I won't ever get bored with it!

    Hi I am from India
it is similar to Indian dish name called Lachha(Loop in English) Paratha which is made from Wheat Flour instead of all purpose flour sometimes street vendors mixed some tiny bit of all purpose flour for getting some elasticity in Paratha with Wheat flour and filled mash masala(spices) potatoes, peas, onion, garlic filling in it instead of cheese and used Ghee( Indian Clarified Butter) instead of normal Butter to make it.

Samosas are purely made out of all purpose flour instead of flat bread they are made in cone shape and are filled with more spices, potatoes and peas in it
