- In this video I will show you step by step on how to make Meatball Soup With Vegetables | The Best Food For Your Soul. It's so easy to make and taste so delicious. This soup is the best food for your soul. It brings so much comfort and warmth to your body. I hope you enjoy it.
Ingredients:
2 stalk celery
Carrots (orange, white, purple) 1 each
1/2 onion cut into bite size
Marinate the ground beef.
1 lb (16 oz) ground beef
1/2 teaspoon mushroom seasoning
Black pepper to taste
Garlic/onion powder
1 teaspoon oil
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon golden mountain seasoning sauce/soy sauce
Mix everything together and form into balls.
Soup:
8-10 cups water (bring to boil)
1 stalk lemongrass
1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
1/2 tablespoon golden mountain seasoning sauce/soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chicken powder
