  • We had the opportunity to take our Sherp N on a moose hunt. My two brothers and I loaded up and headed out on a 3 day adventure! Hope you like the video! We were very lucky to be able to bring some meat home, the moose did not suffer as it was dispatched very quickly with a perfectly placed shot.
Here is where we got the kick ass tent and wood stove!

Using a drone while hunting is a nono here in Canada. Your supposed to wait 72 hrs before you can hunt I believe.

Isn't that the way sometimes? I used to figure I was earning the right to take the animal by freezing, walking my arse off, sweating, up and down the mountains, and making my way into the back country on foot, then come across a legal target when I am 100 yard from the dang truck, LOL. Guess it was payback , didn't have to toe the thing 4 miles to the truck!
That machine is unreal. Really enjoyed this video, brought back some good memories of times with my Dad when I was a boy. He loved to hunt. Incredible country you covered, too.

Idea for hunting with a sherp! Make a hybrid, big lithium etc battery and a decent motor, that will run when you hun so its “ quieter” than normal, less walking charged by the diesel
Only would need run for a little time when on a stalk.
No idea if that would work but came to me as i was watching.
Great vid again thanks for taking us along!

I think what the tent needs is a center pole with a spike in the end for when you get a heavy snow. I saw a hole that looked like it was made for it in the center inside that ring of hooks. And maybe you have one and just didn't use it. Nice trip and beautiful area.
