i can feel every muscle n i don't want to move ...i want to be a block..... this was genius...u said slow n then it got more n more n more difficult...... i did skip about 6 mins but i did rest all but boy o boy this is so challenging.... if this doesn't give me my desired abs n thighs i don't know what else can one do.... m 1000% sure if i repeat this twice n then cardio twice n 1 day super stretching ...i might turn into Angelina Jolie...😎🥰thank u so much... m waiting to finish my September routine n join in 90days challenge ....

Miss u so much ,my laptop ws not working and I usually do ur workout after I downloaded from the net coz our net slow ,2day I did this workout full body I felt Gr8 stretching ,challenging ,warm up all are beautiful thx a lot beautiful Hanna♥️
