This one really helped me a lot. The frequency and the intensity of hitting the bowls really knocked out a lot of tension I had in my shoulder. I love the chimes, but they don't seem to hit the tension out of me I have. So it was a nice change up. Thank you so much

This was amazing. Took me straight to a deep pain in the solar plexus. Allowed me to stay with it and created a lot of (bowel) movement inside. The pain is still there but trusting the process. Thank you.
