B & M did a phenomenal job with your new fence! How generous of them to donate all of that wire to the project! Now you've got the gardening green light. Can't wait to see gardening & harvest videos again. I can't believe you've been there 2 years already - wow. Take care!
I would like to expressed my gratitude for all the time and effort you filming all kinds of planting vegetables , building chicken house .. fences .. and many more . I enjoyed watching all your videos .. It cheers me up despite of this Covid-19 pandemic lock me down for 4 months now .. I really adored you both .. you are Awesome Couple .. God Bless you guys. Cheers
Wow, that fence and those gates are seriously impressive. I love how you plan, and get that infrastructure in there before bad things happen. I sure wish I had known about B & M four years ago. Thanks for showing us the process. Really interesting. I'm serious when I say, if I had a fence that awesome I'd bring a chair out to the middle of the field and just sit there and admire it. Every day.
A fence to dream of!!!!!! You picture blueberries & strawberries, I picture two horses running around in there with no fear of them getting out!!!!! I mean, you sent my mind dreaming!!!! What a fence that is! I am so happy you can have it! Very few people in the US can have what you are blessed to have. The LORD supplies us! I live on S.S. alone & not once have I needed anything during this Covid 19. I have been without nothing...actually I have had more during this Covid 19 than I ever had before!!!! Jesus Christ gives us what we need & beyond!!!!! You & Nancy (and Bing Bind) are blesses! hugs to you all, Judie
Okay you are such a great blessing! You have taken everything into consideration. You are preparing so many of us for the day we graduate to some land. Thank you so much for your videos! Just when I think I'm ready to see a planting video you pop up with something outstanding! Patience is a virtue. 😁
WOW awesome fence and accolades to B&M Fence for their hard work and donation of barbed wire. Your homestead continues to be so impressive and I always look forward to your new videos. God blesse all of you greatly.
This is amazing and I'm so happy these nice people worked with you and sponsored you. Another great project! beautiful and should be effective again the deer. Sorry for them. lol
Those guys B and M did an amazing job on that huge fencing area that is HUGE and they made it perfect. wonderful pride of ownership for that company. Did not get frustrated. Amazing. Can't wait to see the videos from last year after the fence with the garden progress. Chickens can fly very high as well. Ours do. They fly 20 feet up into hedges. hugs and love
This was just what l needed to see. There were some videos on how high fence's had to be. But, l really wanted one high and strong enough to keep bears out. This size fence would be a good choice and it's not like l would be obstructing anyone's view. Thank you for sharing your project.
Hi Hollis & Nancy! I am so happy for you to now have your deer fence up. Hollis, knowing the extreme heat you were working in to take down those dead trees, I'm glad you didn't get heat stroke or anything else from it. The fence looks great!
@@HollisNancysHomestead people really care about you & Nancy's health & well being. You bring so much joy & valuable information that we don’t want anything to happen to either of you. In our heads, you’re family.
Oh my goodness! What a BEAUTIFUL FENCE! You're truly living the dream!!!! ;-) Yeah, it's a lot of work and 95% (if you count Bing Bing and Nancy in the 5%) of the time we only see Hollis doing the work, which is inspirational to me because I end up doing all my construction work myself too. Oh... And my friend near Panama City FL lost his watermelons, peas and Chia to deer because that last hurricane tore down all his fencing. And I love your fire pit. 🙂
Great fence and the posts make it look very friendly. The bears will also not be very happy about that barbwire I bet. Rabbits can find any little gap pr hole or dig under so yes that would take a lot to keep out, maybe if you get a greyhound for in there, haha. Or some big owls.
Wow! That was great work. I would hire them to build my fence. I hope that they get lots of business from this channel. I can't wait to see the plants come in.
Thank you Nancy and Hollis. You both are a wonderful blessing to me. I’m in WV and I’m homesteading in the city. Please keep making the videos. God Bless!
Mr Hollis the camera panning from the garden was a great shot. It really helped to see how awesome it was. That should keep the deer and bears out for sure!
That's a pretty impressive project. I recently had a deer come into our garden and mess up our red beets some. I quickly put up fencing. So far, so good!
...the husband and I love your videos! we've been praying for a homestead as well and enjoy watching your progress...always a blessing to watch and such great info...thanks for compiling and sharing for those coming up behind you...truly appreciative!! Phil 1:9-11...
Wow. all this time and I thought your videos were just a few days old. I'm just realizing that they are a year behind. I was confused about how the fence was installed already when you said they were coming in August. But then I noticed the date stamp on the deer video at the fence showed November 2019. For as long as I've watch your videos I always thought when you posted a video it was recent. That means you really already have your chickens and your garden is probably doing phenomenal now.
You are correct. Our video schedule is at least one year behind the actual release. This is because everything we do is a progression. Most videos you see on RUclips were recorded and released on the same day. We are not that type of channel. Our videos take months to create. ❤️
Oh thank goodness. I was really worried when I saw Hollis shake hands with the fencing guys, given the infection rate in Florida right now. I can sleep easy now.
That gives a whole new meaning to, "Social Distancing!!!" WOW Hat's off the B & M Fencing Company 👍👍👍👍👍 I'd hire them in a heart beat! You are so blessed! That is a beautiful fence. It would be cool to see your place via drone footage. I can't wait to see what all you do with the place.
We are trying to save up for a drone. Every time we get the money something else comes up and we have to spend the money on it. We will eventually get one. We plan to do a full tour of the homestead when it is complete that will definitely include drone footage
That's an awesome fence, I built one much shorter and knock wood its kept the deer out. I left the posts high so I can add another foot or protection with barbed wire.
That was a smart move on leaving the posts high. Adding barbed wire will deter the deer from jumping. Without a fence our garden would be devoured in a few days from the herds of deer😂
I miss my Florida year round growing season. Get Seminole pumpkin seeds they do well in Florida and don't mind the heat. Sweet potatoes will grow in that Sandy soil. God Bless you both and little bing Bing.
