I personally think it's more practical for me to use the Iphone 11 pro max just because it has a bigger screen which I like because I am currently using about a 5.8 inches screen and its kinda small for my big hands. Also I usually do have to zoom in for pictures which that would be great instead of the 12 as it zooms in better. Also the software updates I don't really care about as to me switching from the phone I'm currently using it will be way faster.
It was an easy choice for me, iPhone 11 Pro Max 512GB with stainless steel round edges instead of the aluminium square edges, small screen of the 12 even though the 12 costs less.
ended up getting the 11 pro max, and i dont regret it. This phone is truly THE BEST iphone ever made after the 13 pro max. Amazing battery easily lasts me a daily and heavy use and 4G. No issues with the reception either( ive seen many people saying their service is weak) and tbh the signal is better than my older iphone 7. I've tried the lte while being on vacation where the signal was supposed to be weak and it was still fast enough. One tip, get yourself a 20w anker charger/charging cable they're way more durable than apple products

If these things dont bother you then go for android. also i like the size of it ,fits in the pocket and hand better. Its expensive but not overpriced. Battery power is so underrated, IPhone CPUs are crazy quick that despite being 1 year old there’s no lag. The thing that impacts me the most is the fact I can have the 11 on for TWO days without needing to charge…not once have I had to turn it off because I’m running out of battery. Also the 11 is a real tough phone, I have not cracked it despite a few drops.

if I were to buy one I'd probably choose the 12 (or the 12 pro they are the same size anyways) honestly just because it has 5G, I'm the type of person that would use a phone until it gets painfully slow or it completely breaks so I would just get one that is futureproof, also they are hella expensive.
I’ve switched to the 12 Pro max. The reception is great! I get fast speeds almost everywhere I go and I’ve had yet to drop a call or have my FaceTime fail on me which was an everyday thing with the 11 pro.

I had the 11pm for over a year but it wasn’t practical for me. It got too big I couldn’t text one handed and it didn’t fit in my pockets. I had a baby and found it hard to text when holding her so I traded it in and got the 12. I love it so small I can put it in my pocket no problem. I do miss the battery on the 11 tho. I’m a light user and would get 2-3 days out of 11pm now I get about a day to two days with 12 usually a day and a half is the average.
How’s the phone been working out for ya? I’m trying to decide, I’m coming from a XR. And ya I noticed at the Apple store the 12 is surprisingly light. I think I’m leaning for the 12.

I’ve posted this on another video. I had the regular 11 pro and the 12 now for 6 months each. The 12 has a much weaker battery, much worse. The 12 has a better screen with less prone to scratch glass, the 12 is more durable and the flat design makes the screen seem better on the 12. The processing speed, cameras and video don’t seem to be too much different at all.
This makes all the difference, pretty much every feature is only slightly better or pretty much the same. But man the battery, having it work for 2 days without a fear to charge is a game changer

I bought an iPhone 11 Pro and honestly it’s amazing. My mum has an iPhone 12 Pro and I’ve compared them and honestly the iPhone 11 Pro is a better deal for the right price only. If you can find one under $600 it’s worth it absolutely
If it wasn’t for 5 g then I’d go with the 11 pro max definitely. Which after I got it the 5G isn’t all that as of right now but maybe it will just get faster.
about the storage, even casual players, they should consider that a simple game occupies, like, 5gb of storage nowadays haha (an exaggeration, of course, but we're closer and closer to that). I simply don't film videos, and still, a large amount of storage is occupied just with Genshin Impact, Summoners War and Fortnite (about 27 gb).

We have 128 GB storage in my iPhone SE, 64 GB in my iPhone 12. Honestly, the main issue is backup. Though we have 64+128 GB storage, we don’t yet have an iCloud subscription yet, so we use free cloud space and that is not more than 64G, ultimately iCloud storage space (or google cloud) is definitely the most important thing we need.
I have the iphone 12 pro, and I am experiencing video flickering, it hurts my eye to watch it, This is just a normal indoor lights on, happens with both 4k and 1080p when filmed at 60fps. I hope iphone 11 pro max does not have this issue, has anyone else experienced this ?

I keep finding the keyboard infuriating sometimes to use on my XR. So I'm wondering if a bigger or smaller display would help with my typing? I haven't been able to test any of the newer iPhones thanks to lockdown.

I hate the idea of an even bigger phone.. but no point having a smart phone of you aren’t able to use its smart features cause you can’t type on it. If you like using your phone with 1 hand a lot, 12 might be the better buy. I also noticed the 12 has a very noticeable difference in weight, it feels much lighter. But, if you are a heavy user. The 11 surely gives you better battery life. It really is a difficult choice, I guess preference would be key to your choice. I wouldn’t worry much about speed, the 11 is amazingly fast. I’m actually trying to decide for myself lol, I think I’m leaning more on the 12… but still unsure.
watching from iphone 12. that answers it. been using a huawei p30 pro, and seldom use the telephoto camera. dont get me wrong, i like the night mode on the huawei phone. and its battery will blow both of these phones out of the water. just decided to switch to ios so i could experience it, the video capability and the os updates that could run for at least 5 years. bigger phones are heavier and requires more space too.

They are basically the same phone minus 1 camera and that’s it. If I do upgrade I’ll just upgrade for the design which in my opinion isn’t worth it. I have an 11 pro max and the 12 pro max, isn’t that much of an improvement and worth the price. I’ll probably just drop the max line the next time I upgrade.

The choice for me was simple. I bought the 12 as my first iPhone because of the size. It fits better in my palm compared to the 11 pro max.

I have the 11 pro max but I wish the 12 was a little bit bigger cause my hands are big
about the storage, even casual players, they should consider that a simple game occupies, like, 5gb of storage nowadays haha (an exaggeration, of course, but we're closer and closer to that). I simply don't film videos, and still, a large amount of storage is occupied just with Genshin Impact, Summoners War and Fortnite (about 27 gb).

We have 128 GB storage in my iPhone SE, 64 GB in my iPhone 12. Honestly, the main issue is backup. Though we have 64+128 GB storage, we don’t yet have an iCloud subscription yet, so we use free cloud space and that is not more than 64G, ultimately iCloud storage space (or google cloud) is definitely the most important thing we need.

I have the iphone 12 pro, and I am experiencing video flickering, it hurts my eye to watch it, This is just a normal indoor lights on, happens with both 4k and 1080p when filmed at 60fps. I hope iphone 11 pro max does not have this issue, has anyone else experienced this ?
It’s the oled display, and the 11 pro Max didn’t have it, apparently. I’ve seen several RUclips videos where they mention this and said it can give people headaches.

I keep finding the keyboard infuriating sometimes to use on my XR. So I'm wondering if a bigger or smaller display would help with my typing? I haven't been able to test any of the newer iPhones thanks to lockdown.
I find it slightly frustrating on the XR as well but I feel as if the keyboard on a Google Pixel is a lot better than the iPhones 👍
@@qk2896 That's interesting, I've tried other keyboards on the iPhone but they are the same. Still probably not enough to make me get a Pixel.

I have the same problem with my XR as well. Having a bigger display will definitely make typing easier. I noticed how much easier it is to type on my mom’s 11 Pro Max.
@@darknightmike10yearsago Yeah this year I’ll have to bite the bullet. I hate the idea of an even bigger phone.. but no point having a smart phone of you aren’t able to use its smart features cause you can’t type on it. I used to type fine on my 6S back in the day but due to its resolution, I used zoom mode and the keyboard keys were nice and big and spaced out. I would get an SE but I want those new cameras, I’ll look at the 14 Max once it’s launched.

I gave my iPhone 11 pro max to my wife and bought the regular 12, but I realized that I don't really want iphones anymore. When you see at the Samsung galaxy S21 ultra with such a great camera, there is no way that I am going to buy a iPhone again.
I wish I could fully switch. I tried the S8 plus and Note 10 plus when they came out, but always ended up with the iPhone. It’s the little details I guess
That’s how samsung/android works. They attract you with some features or marketing, you switch.. and after a while you go back to iPhones lol

If you like using your phone with 1 hand a lot, 12 might be the better buy. I also noticed the 12 has a very noticeable difference in weight, it feels much lighter. But, if you are a heavy user. The 11 surely gives you better battery life. It really is a difficult choice, I guess preference would be key to your choice. I wouldn’t worry much about speed, the 11 is amazingly fast.
I’m actually trying to decide for myself lol, I think I’m leaning more on the 12… but still unsure.
watching from iphone 12. that answers it. been using a huawei p30 pro, and seldom use the telephoto camera. dont get me wrong, i like the night mode on the huawei phone. and its battery will blow both of these phones out of the water. just decided to switch to ios so i could experience it, the video capability and the os updates that could run for at least 5 years. bigger phones are heavier and requires more space too.

Its familiar compared to 6s but the weight will annoy you since its significantly heavy. The notch just fades away once you use it for a while

They are basically the same phone minus 1 camera and that’s it. If I do upgrade I’ll just upgrade for the design which in my opinion isn’t worth it. I have an 11 pro max and the 12 pro max, isn’t that much of an improvement and worth the price. I’ll probably just drop the max line the next time I upgrade.

I would like to get the Phone 12 because it would just be a upgrade then the Phone 11 promax even know its smaller because it really does not matter about the size of the phone it Mather about the upgrade so your not spending your money on the same thing but really over the size or the color.
