Our hike at Devils Lake State Park up to devils doorway, balance, rock, hiking over to the north shore, then back to the South Shore to head home

Way to many people on that trail

I usually go in the fall or winter so I’ve never seen it this busy. We did the parfreys Glen area trail before we got to devils lake. So when we got to devils lake Parking it was filling up pretty fast . Then When we left the lots were full and cars parked on the side of the road.
It’s the most visited state park in Wisconsin and I believe it.
