Honestly, that surgery might go a long way with people who have skull abnormality or deformity. But to claim that you need to go to turkey and get people to play irl roblox with your face just because your eyes are a bit closer together (literally mm's) is ridicilous. Im pretty sure they wouldnt get any trouble if they did something bad (As we can see with numerous limb lenghtening scams in turkey where they leave people in a wheel chair forever) and any kind of inquiry about the results of previous surgeries get the people involved absolutely mad. Makes you wonder why? They even claim David Laid needs obo. Ridicilous.
@@Ufhhh12I’m interested in his OBO because I have small eyes that are close together so it looks more noticeable. Mine are close set by 2-3 mm but it’s noticeable due to my wide cheek bones. If they were big and horizontally long I would have left them alone. I would only do it if multiple people have done it and came out with good results. Giant said out of every 10 people that get his OBO a couple of them will probably have strabismus they need to fix. He said he only shows befores and afters of his procedures to people who are serious about the surgery and have proof of funds. I think his invention is really cool. It’s a new surgery so I hope more people come out with good results.
Well depends on your goals,i would like to be a jaw surgeon but I have serious trouble getting focus on a class and I ended leaving detentestry school cause of that, but I love about the topic and for me the most important is a surgeon who can rotate the maxilla and open to listen to the patient,he s so serious about the implants but it can help getting harmony to people with overly long face/mid face or even with wide set eyes is your choice but you can find someone who is more open about it
Okay, I would be getting double jaw surgery from Dr. David Alfi, but I also really want to focus on the aesthetic side because being a mouth breather for most of my life has definitely affected my self-esteem.
His results are pretty mid tbh. Rafaini has the most impressive transformations. If you want to breathe better this doctor is right fit for tou, but if you want to look amazing go to europeans.
Kinda the same on how my eye doctor has worn glasses majority of his life… even tho he could use contacts and lasik… he said himself he’d rather wear glasses lol also I worked for a kids hospital for cancer and the doctors/surgeons themselves would smoke and eat shit food… funny isn’t it?
Most of surgeons could have their own surgeries, but they have found their meaning with other endavours mainly literally being a doctor. Thats why most surgeons wont try to manipulate you into surgery (unless its giantimplants)
Ron it would be amazing if you would interview Raffaini. His results are the most impressive I've seen.
Link to his website?
a link would be great
Ron you look fantastic these days. Nice work!
Ron,Is it possible for someone to get a lower facial third(i mean the area around the mandible) like you? Did you have this from the start?
I’m actually going to get a double jaw surgery with him In January!!
So do they remove wisdom teeths in double jaw surgery 🤔
@@harshraghuvanshi3365 most likely yes, but it doesnt matter because the jaw advancement more than makes up for it.
I’m tryna understand how jaw surgery will fix poor cheekbones
Just mew and move your lower jaw forward until your teeth perfectly alignes

Does upper jaw surgery impact the under eye area? I think it might in terms of soft tissue support, but i'm not too sure.
I think yea
Yes it does, just like jaw surgery can affect the size of your nose. It can affect your cheek prominence.

Why do implants when you can have amazing health results from jaw surgery
What is the cliff, it’s permanently cheekbones right? Is it better than real one?

Good interview. Tip: Stop clicking with your pen throughout the interview. It comes off that you're nervous, and it's irritating.
