Fun tip with sanding...Grit of paper will change your stain. You can always use 120 on veneer but be cautious of your passes. Low grit will get you darker color and as you go up, your color will become lighter.
These are the perfect videos. As cool as it is to see some of the wilder things being built on occasion its nice to see something i could actually accomplish
Admittedly this level of building isn't for me - but I can totally appreciate the audience you're trying to reach. And always happy to throw your videos a like and view *thumbs up*
Are you listening in to my phone or something?!? Just finished a bedroom bathroom remodel and now a king bed. Your videos keep popping up at the perfect time. Gotta go build some night stands now I guess haha. Keep up the awesome work.
Because what he didn’t say is that the stand is built out of 3/4 inch wood and the DRAWERS are build out of 1/2 inch wood. I found that out the hard way when I tried to build this.
Shits crazy when you know the layout of his bedroom from past vids. Or you see something in the background and you're like, oh yeah i remember that build
Great Video :) I'm a french beginner in DIY and I Love IT. Can someone please tell me what is the name of the tool @4mn30 that make inclined hole? I saw that there is a little blue tool showed by Mr Built It in addition. Thanks in advance for your help and take care :) Sincerely
Great video! But how is this for beginners? Unless the requirement to be a beginner is 4 grand plus of woodworking tools then I’ll never be able to get into wood working... I would say if you going to title something for beginners maybe show us how you would tackle jobs with tools we would use. Otherwise great video!

I love how upfront you are about cost.
I used the Sunbleashed stain on the shiplap walls in my laundry room. It’s gorgeous!
Dude, can you build a wooden laundry pedestal/stand for front load washer/dryers? That would be dope - keep up the great work.
Liked your presentation very much. This project is great for a beginner to try on. Thanks for sharing this.
Good work on the video, I appreciate how you broke it down with the lists of cuts and dimensions and then crossed it out when done!
Awwww what a cutie that baby is! The smile made my day!
Hackers tip: you can download for free the instructions on Ikea furniture and it comes with all the dimensions.
Thanks. This is very helpful.
Yea you can if you don't want it to be customized to your space and stain/color!
Awesome!!
Thanks for the tip!
@@neveehall4495 Huh? Making it yourself makes it easier to customize and match your space. You aren't limited in any way.
Very good idea, make it out of what materials you want.
Great project and really well presented. It was clear and interesting and I think I can actually build it from these instructions.
These are the perfect videos. As cool as it is to see some of the wilder things being built on occasion its nice to see something i could actually accomplish

If you wanted to make it even more modern you could add an led strip to the underside to get a nice additional bit of light
Just discovered your channel and I love them! Great job!
Tad surprised you didn't embed the wireless charger into the nightstand. It looks amazing! I really love the stain. That baby has really good taste!
Color is baby-approved! 😂 So incredibly cute!
Love this! I'm redoing my room and your videos have given me tons of inspiration and helpful tips for my room. THANK YOU ALEX AND IRINA! 😊 😊 😊

Highly recommend using a fine tooth file to take off edge banding.

Nice night stands 👍 Just wish you'd match drawer fronts so the grain from one front would continue to another.

I would like to ask you why you set the pocket hole jig to 3/4 inch while the board is 1/2 inch! Thanks

Shits crazy when you know the layout of his bedroom from past vids. Or you see something in the background and you're like, oh yeah i remember that build
Love your vids! What was the total cost per night stand? I know the sliders were $34 each but wood, stain and materials?
Great Video :) I'm a french beginner in DIY and I Love IT. Can someone please tell me what is the name of the tool @4mn30 that make inclined hole? I saw that there is a little blue tool showed by Mr Built It in addition. Thanks in advance for your help and take care :)

Love the video and the series! Don’t love how many adds are in it 😒

Videos and content are great! Love them. Cut out some studio lights. Over exposed.
"Pocket holes and Maple Plywood" should be on a shirt.
0:30 holy overexposure batman!
Rockler huh, but the background has a bunch of Dewalt 😆
You need a new shirt design says “Bada bing bada boom” you keep saying it.. that’s your best word
Imagine being this guys neighbor. You would never get sleep.

Lots of wasted space under that lower drawer. Secret storage maybe?
Great video! But how is this for beginners? Unless the requirement to be a beginner is 4 grand plus of woodworking tools then I’ll never be able to get into wood working... Home Depot or Lowe’s will cut all of the wood for you if that helps!!
hi
So many pocket holes, you need to learn some other ways to attach two pieces of wood together.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Pocket holes work, so he sticks with it.
Yeap dowels will look may be cleaner
Why lol, it works for him and its not being sold.
Why is Joe Rogan not on the T.V.??
What's the issue with you and John Malecki!
Mine works too. I used the Woodglut plans and performed it without any problems.
Lol you didn't tell us the total cost of the nightstands.
