Dr Phil suddenly becoming the next Joe Rogan, Andy Frisella, etc., exposing the things the powers that be do NOT want you knowing. Awesome work, Dr Phil.
He has the platform. It's excellent.
Absolutely! I use to think he was a loser, but his output over the last year or so is great!
Actually he doesn't care about any of the topics he covers.. or if it's true. He doesn't have time for that.
He just has them on and MCs the presentation. Then goes and does whatever he likes to do.. golf, boating etc.
Dr Phil going hard lately we need him protected at all costs

I stopped eating all that 4 months ago, no sugar, no junk. I have to cook at home, but I lost 15 pounds right away. I no longer on heart medication.
Amazing! Congrats!
Congrats!
Almost 2 years for me and I'm only 25. Zero soda or fast food in those 2 years
Your strong minded
That’s awesome❤
You know, I watched an episode of Dr. Phil maybe two decades ago. Robin McGraw said "I believe sugar is a poison," and I thought, "nonsense"! Two decades and over a hundred pounds later, I realized she was absolutely right. I stopped eating sugar and drastically reduced carbs several months ago, and now... I have lost 25lbs and I can sleep again. My psoriasis is in remission. It will be a slow road to full health, but I am committed to it. I should have listened to Robin years ago! The arrogance of youth! (I am in my 50s now. Prior to giving up sugar and reducing carbs, I felt I had no future.)
Congratulations! That's amazing! Never too late for change.😊
Wonderful! Keep at it! You can do it! I will try and do the same! =)
Praying for your continued success! Stay angry at those who actively work to get us addicted. Don’t let them win!
Check on carnivore diet if you havent yet, just a idea
This explains a lot about cognitive and emotional challenges I've had my entire adult life.
I love that Dr Phil has his own network now ❤❤❤
He’s a bully

I stopped eating sugar and started eating healthy 2 days ago. And I’m glad this got recommended to me today.. it’s like the universe is saying you’re on the right track.
Check out Dr. Anthony Chaffee channel. He talks about the right nutrition and the proper human diet. He is a neurosurgeon doctor.
Serendipity 😊
Well done keep it up

What a beautiful young lady who is caught is this mess…she needs the right support system to help her on this journey.
This is why I am doing the carnivore diet. Like an alcoholic, I'm a carboholic.
Me too.
From my own due diligence, I find that good for only a short period (1-2 months).
Yes!!! Carnivore will definately get you separated from those from those very bad-for-you boy friends. Takes time getting used to a positive relationship!
won't get too acidic?
After you've eaten healthy food (basic foods like vegetables, fruits, complex starches like rice/potatoes, non-processed meats and fish, whole grain/seeded breads, dairy products with no additives) your taste changes. If you try eating fast food after your tastes shifts, you will be disgusted at how it tastes and it may make you sick. Retrain your tastes to like fresh foods. It doesn't take that long, just a few weeks, and you will find cravings dropping away.
Truth!!! ❤
@@calynpresson9128 TURN OFF THE TV the mind control starts there most of all-COMMERCIALS are EVIL.
Truth. Did that months ago and now i cannot put sugar in my coffee anymore. It just tastes horrible. Before it was impossible for me to drink coffee without it.
Those starches and carbs are not good. You might as well eat sugar
That’s not good advice from @yellowbird.
Please talk about how seed oils are the real culprit of diabetes!
Indeed. Let them lubricate machinery and not mankind!
Seed oils are horrible. But sugar/excessive carbs are a huge culprit too.
real culprit? no. but a big one
Everyone should see how seed oils are produced. It is an industrial process full of chemicals and totally gross.
Seed oils possibly worse and I’ve heard Calley means discuss the history of the transition from saturated fats/cholestrol to seeds oils. No doubt this has been a major issue but sugar is no angel
It's also the marketing all these Marketing Executives getting people addicted to everything from eating fast food to shopping online to gambling it's all about greed
Dear Dr Phil, can you please have our politicians/policy makers on your show -they need to explain themselves!!
If these industry practices continue to be allowed, their revenue should pay for healthcare.
Families are suffering and medical costs bancrupting many-- while both, the food and medical industries are making insane profits.
Thank you for giving these issues a much needed discussion platform.
It’s all about the $$$ they get big campaign donations from big food & Pharma
shoutout to my dentist for keeping bottles of sugar cubes in the waiting area with each bottle having the amount of sugar cubes that is in the actual bottled drink
My daughter visited LA at age 13 on a school trip from Gold Coast, Australia. She was surprised when many LA kids from 3 different schools (many obese at 13) were asking them what diets they were all on. None. No diets. Active Lifestyle and mainly animal/plant produce + Water.
What r u talking about people in LA r thin they r toothpicks look at Hollywood celebrities
@@AmandaYee-yn9dk Celebrities are a small sample size of population with high resource (from all over the world - Hi Margo Robbie) who are marketed to you constantly for business sales. Clearly they are not representative of the full demography of the population of people who are growing up there or live in LA. Many homeless for example. What you see constantly is skewed shiny sample data. Not representative of full population.
Australians have a healthy outdoor lifestyle whereas in the US, especially LA, there are no pavements. People don't walk. They drive everywhere and eat take-outs.
Flying back to America from other places is eye opening. The Americans are often visibly ill.
It's sad that at 13, a child is asking about which diet used to lose weight. 😕
Please keep talking about this get some carnivore doctors on Ken Berry, Anthony Chaffee ,Sean Baker Bart Kay

I suffered from migraines since I was 11 years old. They got worse over the years, and when the pain became chronic I finally saw a doctor. Finally 20 years later, I have only had 2 migraines in 6 months. It’s all about the food, namely sugar and chemicals. Eat Whole Foods and even avoid the Whole Foods that make you feel sick in any way. Fight inflammation.
I am 62 and have given up sugar and seed oils. my health has gone from extremely bad to feeling like a twenty year old. My teeth are no longer loose and my gum disease is gone. I am off all medications I love what eat and it fills me up. I am keto carnivore and it has saved my life. I was obese and my weight is now normal. I have not gone to gym once.
I have the highest respect for you, Dr. Phil and what you do for human beings in our country you’re a great man. This gentleman that you also have on your show I will have to say is an amazing man as well and doing amazing things for human beings in this country. God bless you both.!!

Sugar is a slow poison
Exactly!
Sugar is cancer there's plenty of yt videos showing you the dangers
Truth, honesty and integrity are hard to come by nowadays and Dr. Phil is one of the few public people who's never compromised those principles. So thrilled he has his own network.
I’m 55. I gave up most carbs, sugar, processed foods and seed oils. I lift weights and hike.
It makes a huge difference in your life. Stay consistent. Stay disciplined, this is the way.
It is truly sad and heartbreaking knowing how some corporations place profit over people.

This is certainly not a recommendation for everyone, because of potential eating disorders. But fasting really helped realize that I don't need food constantly. Also no sugar spikes for multiple days really helps with resetting. First time you do it, it is totally miserable though 😅 once your body learns and adapts, amazing.
Agreed 👍
Man I'm loving this new Dr Phil!!! Now if i can just get Merit Street Media on my RUclipsTV
I have SSSOOOO much respect for this woman. I love that she is just owning the truth for most of us who are overweight. We want to stop and it’s not easy. It’s an addiction
Most laws and regulations and recommendations all favor big companies first and only favor its citizens in cases where it also benefits big companies or industries as well. Remove lobbying.
It's disgusting what they have done to our food. There use to be laws against this. For example; try to find a salad dressing without seed oils. There was one labeled made with olive oil. I turned it around to read the ingredients and all seed oils until the last few ingredients when you saw olive oil. The average person would think that it was made only with olive oil and no seed oils when in fact there were a few drops of olive oil added so the could lie to you.
Carnivore diet changed my life. No carbs, no sugar I lost 50 pounds and am now off all medications. I look and feel 20 years younger.
That is why they don’t want us to eat healthier!! Big Pharma!!
The link between Big food and Big farma should be obvious now to people, one aids the other in keeping with Big business.
💯
Exactly.
Wake up Americans - we need stop feeding the greed and take back our own health.
Key point: it's in the best interests of the Pharmaceutical Industry, Coca-Cola, Pepsi and other like-minded companies that people continue to eat sugar and processed foods.
The biggest selling product from EBT (food assistance) is soda! They tried to have soda removed from being able to be purchased on EBT but the soda lobby paid millions to keep it.
Cold turkey is really hard. Start with one thing and take it slow. Cutting out the sugary pop was massive change for me. Turns out I just wanted the fizzy taste so if I want a pop I’ll usually have a carbonated water
Start by removing all seed oils. Know that whenever you go out to eat everything is made with seed oils. From that I removed soda and than processed foods. After that I removed refined sugar. It is so addictive, I was shocked at how difficult it was to remove all sugar from my diet. You can replace sugar with a little stevia or xylitol or allulose because it does not effect blood sugar levels but beware that it can trigger sugar cravings for some.
I stopped eating processed foods and started eating meat, pasture raised soy free eggs, butter, organic fruit, raw honey and raw dairy. My weight loss is steady but I feel amazing. However, I workout and have a very physical job…
eyeopening to say the least, thanks Dr.Phil
Dr Phil needs to look at seed oils. Sugar is the number two offender.
Went carnivore (animal products, not strictly meat) and have never felt better. I am a good weight, endless energy, no aches or pains, no meds at 66. I wish I knew years ago and saved myself so much grief.
Eye opening. Love this episode. Thank you for talking about this.
I love the Dr.Phil show because, I learn, and relate to what others are experiencing
Now I know why they are trying to legalize marijuana.(uncontrollable munchies)
I use it before bed occasionally. It isn't hard to just use self control. Marijuana should be legal and is far less harmful that alcohol by 1000x. Both on society and health.
@memyself5924 The demon is sugar, not the marijuana... but they, the regulators, the people who profit decided it was not profitable. Obviously times have changed.... and I definitely didn't say alcohol was good, pure sugar(evil) and profit.
@@philabowl8073 no argument from me then.
Chronic users don’t get the munchies. Please educate yourself before becoming a keyboard warrior expert. Thanks
Yes this may be true, but you do know there is a bunch of strains that don’t give you munchies?
This is what happens when greedy criminal corporations control government policy
And our politicians
We quit sugar 3+ years ago… and the ketogenic diet helped us do it. A myriad of health improvements. No more highly processed food either. Once you are away from it, you no longer crave it🎉🎉
Well done keep it up
I agree BackPorch. Unfortunately, last Christmas my boss insisted that I go to the party they were having for the employees. They had only processed food. I've been struggling for the past 8 months to get back on the wagon.
I also went on the keto diet at the age of 60. I can't express how sick I was getting away from all that processed food and sugar. But once it was out of my system, I no longer craved it.
Deep Gratitude for speaking out on this.
“In Spirit and in Truth”
I thought we have an agency called the FDA that the taxpayer funds too keep our food safe.
Looks kind of corrupt right?
They are owned by lobbyists.
However the FDA is part of the government machine that bows to the big manufactors who produce the altered foods that are engineered to be more addictive. We the voters and taxpayers have very little influence or control over the laws that govern the FDA. Big pharm loves that obesity is the number one disease in children and adults. More profit for them as demonstrated by the shortage of the semiglutides that are being prescribed for weight loss rather than for treatment of DM type 2. We cannot trust the FDA to provide safe foods. We as consumers must make the choice not to eat or drink the altered foods that support the addiction.
Supposed to protect us.
Its been corrupt for years
This is the things we need to be talking about!
Loved his show on TV but don't have cable any more. Really happy to find this channel.
In my 30's I consumed a large bag of chips and a 2 liter of Pepsi, almost everyday. I became pretty sick. Had what seemed to be a flu. Was on anti-biotics for almost 4 months with out getting better. Watching this video I can't believe the amount of sugar and processed foods I assaulted my body with.
They want us customers from the cradle to the grave
Carnivore is the way!❤
Dr Phil, I honestly was not really a fan of you. But now I am. Especially after the interview with RFK Jr and this topic! Keep up the great work. Thank you
These companies need to be held responsible and accountable for what they are doing!! They need to be sued, it happened with big tobacco companies.
Thank you Dr Phil - covering all the things Ive been considered a nut job for ❤
Her body is starving for nutrients. Get local grass fed beef and other nutrient dense foods, especially more protein.
This is Excellent information!
Thanks for speaking truth to power.
I'm lucky, I always hated sugar. I feel ill when I eat sugar. My grandma tried to force me to eat her cakes, pies, cookies, when I was 10 I told her I would slap the wrinkles off her face if she didn't back off. My dad beat me for talking to his mama like that. But from that day forward no one else ever offered me junk food. Can't stand soda either. I'm 67, healthy, no meds, we have a 4 year old and a daughter on the way.
me too everyone goes for the pies thankgiving an im the odd one out. I did love the frosting on birthday cakes growing up so glad it repulses me now. Makes it acward on my bday now cause there is always cake and give me the smallest slice and force it down.
4 yr old and another on the way at age 67? I’m sorry but that’s selfish. Your kids won’t have parents in their adulthood. You won’t see them graduate college. Or walk them down the wedding isle. You would be technically 90 when your oldest graduates highschool. Cmon now
With my sciatic pain I can instantly feel the effects of sweets when I ingested. The inflammation nerve pain is severe.
Very good video, should be required to be played in schools to kids for awareness about their diet.
I feel bad for these women and men who are compelled to eat junk.
Went carnivore 3 months ago. I lost 20lbs. I Haven't been strict but at least 90% of my food is meat. No sugary drinks besides for a 8oz glass of milk here and there. I feel better all around.
Part of America's biggest problem, no self-discipline. Want to lose weight, quit eating so much
Easier said than done. It’s not about quantity it’s about quality.
Eat the proper human diet - ( not the bs food pyramid )
Carnivore , salt and water.
It not just the companies..
It’s also the FDA for allowing and approves in this area.
After all they do make decisions on what’s “healthy” to eat and what gets approved.
She is so sweet, and so beautiful. i hope she can kick that addiction💕
I so respect her humility; her soul is crying out "HELP ME!!"
Dr.Amen is amazing
I had my A1c at 11 when I did my physical. I got rid of coke and donuts, lost 30 pounds and in 4 months I was at 6. I am still suffering from all that sugar I had. I hope this is taught in every school of how bad sugar is to our body.
Wow, that is amazing, congratulations.
I quit smoking 4.5 years ago. I've always liked sweets, but I eat significantly more now. I've basically swapped addictions.
I gave up processed foods, salt and all forms of sugar 7 years ago and I feel amazing. I lift weights and exercise 5 days a week even though I'm in my 50's I feel like I'm in my 20's as I live a plant-based lifestyle. If you don't take care of your body you'll be addicted to pills to keep you alive just like the rest of the world.
Bravo on your healthy lifestyle!
When you say all forms of sugar you mean fruits and wheats (like wholegrain bread, pasta…) too? I gave up processed sugar but not stated above or honey and i am not completely sure if i should.
Zero processed sugar is what we should have every day!
Ty
Canadian doctors never talk about this information.
Get yourself together! Addiction can be overcome!
It’s all in the brain, YOU are in control!
Very good video and excellent information. One thing though, think about the starches that your body recognizes as sugar once you eat them. All that fast food is served on a bun made from white flour. Don't be deceived by products that try to make you think that they're healthy because they say "whole grain." You crave carbs because you eat carbs. This video is a great beginning.
You probably wouldn't be able to eat much with eliminating all these ingredients(sugar names). It's scary. Also hard to afford all just good things.
No it’s not - if you eat meat eggs and some dairy, you literally are NOT HUNGRY for hours and hours, so you eat way less, but nutrient dense, filling food. You need to try carnivore.
I’m 19, slightly overweight, yet I can’t go more than one week eating only whole foods. Any tips?
Eat Fatty cuts of Meat, like a Ribeye or go for more Fattier Ground Meat like 80/20 or 75/25.
Eating Pasture Raised Red Meat, Eggs, Raw Dairy, Organic Fruits & Garden Fresh Vegetables, that’s the Key. Source out your Food from Local Farmers & Ranchers!
If I fall off the wagon I feel horribly depressed!!! And unhappy 🙁
Get curious about that and explore....think, feel, do: Reframing. Its all feedback and continuous improvement. Think new thoughts that support you long term. Relapses happen...keep moving forward...Proactive small changes over time for the spiral up that better support your goals.
I used to eat donuts every day, I learned it was unhealthy, and I stopped. Is that simple people.
It’s not bad to have a donut here and there, especially if it fits in your eating window or fits into your Lifestyle. Still, people should be prioritizing more Whole Foods, especially Meat, Eggs, Raw Dairy (if you can tolerate it) Some Organic Fruits & Vegetables, minimal to no Grains, if you want Bread, seek out Sourdough with minimal ingredients or make your own. Cook with Animal Fats only, no Seed Oils.
It really is simple. Calories don’t really matter when you give your Body Good Fuel. 👍🏻
Unless you know how others cope with life hardships, it’s not that simple.
It’s hard to stop eating sugar but when you start using less and less, for few weeks, your taste get adjusted and the next time you put sugar in your coffee or other drinks it taste so sugary
Of course sugar and garbage food is highly addictive. The only way to eliminate the cravings in one fell swoop is by just going Carnivore. I am Carnivore and only eat Fatty beef, fatty lamb , pasture eggs and sockeye salmon. And drink only water. 68 years old, 6 foot@ 160 pounds. Carnivore is the way.
When will the ministry of health do their job and stop the industry poisoning us😢
All addictions are the result of childhood trauma - Dr. Gabor Mate
United States needs to make change
Sugar is the other white powder that should be reclassified as a Schedule 1 drug.
I had a neighbor friend who would come over to my house and start eating candy and cookies and whatever she could get her hands on in my cabinet. She would literally shove food down her throat as fast as she could for 10-15 minutes. She would bake cakes and eat a piece then throw them away. Then pull them out of the trash to eat it. She started to spit on it so she wouldn't pull it out of the trash. That didn't work so she had to spray it with cleaner. If you have an addictive personality, you can most definitely get addicted to sugar.

More exposure needed on toxic addictive ingredients being passed as "food". Those multi billion food companies have to be held accountable. Minimizing sugar and processed carb, eliminating toxic vegetable oil, and some fasting made me healthiest in my 50s.
