They will try to trick you into a subscription for water filters which they promise will be easy to cancel, it won't, it will waste hours over days and multiple failed attempts with dealing with their terrible customer service. They will promise a subcription savings but refuse to honor the price and gas light you with a canned response about temporary promotions that have nothing to do with the subscription savings they still advertise but don't honor.
