    Hi from New Zealand. I was thinking about adding some Ratan Jot to the oil at the start? Also, using Kashmiri Chilis and leaving the seeds out so you get a "sting" and a nice red colour. Your thoughts?

    Excellent step by step instructions. Also, it is excellent that you listed all the ingredients and quantities at the beginning ; that should be the standard for all who upload their recipes!!The curry looks fantastic!! PS instead of curd(not always available), you can use sour cream or even heavy cream.

    Can we Pressure cook it in a Cooker. If we Can then How much Whistles will it Take and On which Flame should we Cook it

      Cook it for atleast 40 mins on a medium low flame or 5-6 whistles

    Perfect consistency..👌So the key is to always add as little water as possible and slow cook the meat in its own flavours and juices..Can't wait to try out this one..😋 Also please tell from where do we buy this variety of chilli..?
