    Is there anyway you can talk about why the different shelves and how they're used in a future video. I'm not a cook but very much enjoy learning and watching pov videos of chefs, cooks and watching the pass. It is very relaxing and calming to me.

      I agree the pit was def a rare thing to see open fire bbq cooking . I think the owners made a mistake but I’m sure their was some financial reason .

    just a suggestion after watching you flip those lettuces one by one.. how about asking the management to buy a foldable flipping grill basket.. you know the flat one that is usually used on bbq grills (I think that's what it called? I'm not really sure either.. sorry) if you can arrange lettuces there and turning it over at the same time later, I think you'll save more time and energy

    With these menus you've been showing us, how often do you get specific requests from customers? And how crazy do those requests get in a restaurant such as yours?

      it gives a pretty similar taste actually. we use a hardwood lump charcoal from south america
