Is there anyway you can talk about why the different shelves and how they're used in a future video. I'm not a cook but very much enjoy learning and watching pov videos of chefs, cooks and watching the pass. It is very relaxing and calming to me. Thank you and have a wonderful day.
We've all had days like that in a kitchen, you think youre running the shift all smooth and tables start pouring in and those little mistakes just kill the flow
just a suggestion after watching you flip those lettuces one by one.. how about asking the management to buy a foldable flipping grill basket.. you know the flat one that is usually used on bbq grills (I think that's what it called? I'm not really sure either.. sorry) if you can arrange lettuces there and turning it over at the same time later, I think you'll save more time and energy anyway, great videos! I enjoy watching all your videos👍 thank you!
@@flipcooks2 Since you dont run that dish anymore could you describe the lettuce prep (it looked marinated or seasoned prior to cooking) and the finish dressing?
With these menus you've been showing us, how often do you get specific requests from customers? And how crazy do those requests get in a restaurant such as yours?
Hey! Just happened to get your video recommended to me. I guess its because ive been having anxiety at becoming a cook soon. Been searching videos nonstop. What made you decide to become a cook? And how long have you been doing it?

Man i miss watching you on that fire pit. May the pit rest in peace.. as a customer id be equally upset too.
I agree the pit was def a rare thing to see open fire bbq cooking . I think the owners made a mistake but I’m sure their was some financial reason .
@@patcat75011 insurance reasons. we had a chimney fire and closed for 4 months

Hi
Where is this and what's the average cost of food?
Hell Yeah
Just asking, does the new system gives the same flavor profile as the old one?
it gives a pretty similar taste actually. we use a hardwood lump charcoal from south america
@@flipcooks2 It looks a lot less chaotic than the old kitchen.
