At 41:47, I had that same question when I was playing with Medusa. I read the instructions to mean that you only advance the mirrors when taking an “advance” action. So even though Medusa walked into the space with a mirror, someone still needs to push Medusa to advance her goal and obtain the mirror.
This was a lot of fun to watch. I think on the Siren's advance, it says on her monster card that you're supposed to move her to the location that's shown on the discarded item, so you can't just keep throwing items at her in the same space. I don't own the game so can't check but that's what it seems to show. Thanks for the video!
Seems like Nikki didn't have a teach plan to be fair. Normally I start with the phase overview and circle back to each phase for details. I get why Lincoln chimes in. They need to ensure no rules are missed otherwise they'd have to reshoot the teach. I suspect all these people have played the game once off camera. The teach is really for the audience.
I have and love the original Horrified - This one looks just as fun and maybe a bit more chaotic, in a fun way 🥰 Ty ty for an excellent playthrough and stellar show in general 🥰
We've had games of the originals and recently Horrified American Monsters - both very similar to this and both very enjoyable! (and we don't always win).
Great play through, very helpful! If you guys are in touch with the designers please ask them how the Chimera works!! I cant quite understand how many steps you take to defeat him.
I enjoyed seeing this latest edition of Horrified. I have the original Universal Monsters and only just got my copy of Horrified American Monsters yesterday, so I'm a bit behind. By the time I get Horrified Greek Monsters, there will probably be another version out. Lol
reminds me of a game I played a loooong time ago as a kid that I absolutely loved. but I think it's out of print, because I could never find it again. I think the name of the game was By Jove. it was Greek themed and you had to fight a minotaur...
The theme of this is already up my alley, maybe there is a plethora that i don't know about but I wish there were more mythology themed board and card games.
I was reading an article about a large diarrhoeal outbreak of cryptosporidium in the UK and then I started this video where Lincoln asks to be taught Horrified Colon Greek Monsters 😂
There's also the original Horrified and Horrified: American Monsters, BGG has a couple vids on Horrified: Game Night Live - ruclips.net/video/A_ZXjW3SZ5M/видео.html Review with WEM - ruclips.net/video/PU-WdoC3yls/видео.html
Great teach Nikki and a lovely game, brilliant art - love Greek myths so will add this to my buy list

Maybe Lincoln should have taught the game instead of constantly interrupting Nikki as she was trying to.
Yeah I agree. It feels like every time she teaches he spends more time interrupting her than she spends teaching.

Played this verison 2 days ago. I really like the map. It feels like you are traveling to the four corners of the world.

Thanks for doing all these great videos, Question do you just use 3
cameras without someone operating them? Would be cool to see the setup
I'd be interested in seeing the setup too. Maybe Lincoln will give us a guided tour?
@@Warriorking.1963 Great idea!

At 41:39 Lincoln should have also gotten a perk card when the terror track went up for his ongoing ability.
He noticed at 50:41 when it was his turn!
Is this a re-upload? I've seen this playthrough a while back, haven't I?
They also played it on their live stream a few weeks ago.
Is this a reskin of another monster hunting game that you showcased a while back?

There are multiple "horrified" games with different themes. I know there's one for American folklore like the Jersey devil.
Not just reskin I think, there is new mechanics - Lairs.
I can't believe yall won!!! Good job!!
Lincoln “quarterback-ed” this game way too much. I wouldn’t enjoy playing a co-op game with him.
