It's Day 10 of the October Athlete 2024 Challenge! This total-body workout combines bodyweight plyometrics and power exercises, using three-to four-minute blocks in an AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) format. Alternate between two or three exercises for reps, working at your own pace. You have options to keep it low-impact or take it higher-impact.
A tough 25 minute workout especially as I was so stiff from one I did yesterday! Your workouts have definitely changed my shape for the better, never had such good legs and I'm 62!!! Thank you Amy!

Great workout! Super sweaty in such a short amount of time, but still getting everything all packed in. Side question….love your pants and have seen different versions in your other workouts. What brand are they?
That went sooo fast and I had to take a little rest in the middle of each set. For more power, I added 2lb ankle weights and wrist weights. 'Scuse me while I wipe up the sweat.
