It is one of my favourite & most incredibly moving scenes. Your sincere love for the character you portray was very clear & touched my heart immensely. I saw Jesus as willing to come down to our level in that scene with Simon. And scripture says he emptied himself to come to us. I LOVE that scene with Simon, it moves me every time!
I love what George said in the intro. I think what makes The Chosen works is it shows the sanctification of the followers of Christ rather than jumping to story to story, making it ENTIRELY about Jesus.
Looking forward to the development of the characters. George does a good job here of explaining how the disciples grew as they experienced more and more of life with Jesus.

The Beloved Apostle. I can’t wait to see more and more of John’s character growth. Him witnessing the crucifixion and taking care of Mary for Jesus. I love that about John and I love how the Chosen makes him a bit of the youngest and most excitable of the group.

I think I now know why the disciples have weapons from the BTS videos of The Chosen. Because they’ll be preaching Jesus’s words and their opponent races might get worked up so they might need protection
George, my favorite of all the Gospels is that of John. In Season 2, Episode 1, when you started reciting, "In the beginning was the Word..." I broke down and cried like I had not cried during the entire series. I felt as if I was witnessing John himself delivering his message. Your acting is superb for you capture and embrace the true essence of the Apostle John.
George is my favorite. I can't prove it, but I have the impression that playing this role has affected his own spiritual journey. I hope that's the case.

I said this before but, I'm studying John right now and I'm very curious of how your character will continue in season 3. Especially in the pairs. I also want to give you a reminder that God chose specifically you to play this part in the series. Please remind yourself everyday (with humility) that God put YOU in this position and that He also wants to connect with you. I saw some bts and you're definitely one of the funniest cast member, but I also really want to give you the 'serious' love the fans and God has for you. I'm also excited to see your connection with your character when John gets to do a miracle. How Jesus gave John (and the other disciples) authority to use God's power, you can also receive that as you, as George. And spread it in your inner circle(s). I love the way he describes how he tells people who don't know Jesus about the show, becuase so many shows about Jesus aren't this way. I also love his answer about growth.
