Surprised Beyond Skyrim and Sim Settlements didn’t get a mention.
Sim Settlements revolutionized the settlement modding scene. There are a couple of other mods that should also have been included in this list. The list was obviously put together very fast without much research. "Just some random most downloaded mods here and there and we're good to go for a top 10"...
And Fallout Miami, an unfinished mod, gets the thumbnail.

Funny, that you mention SureAI's The Cube Experiement, but forgot to mention Nehrim (Mod for Oblivion) and Enderal (Mod for Skyrim), which are technically totally new games etc. from SureAI.
Even after all these years, I am still in anticipation for Fallout: Miami

Fallout TTW not being included in this list should honestly be a crime. That was the no-brainer for #1. Wtf..
I have seen mods to Fallout 3 and 4 that changes the gameplay overhaul such as new max level from 20 (or 30) to 99 like a true RPG because that was one thing I noticed in most Fallout games.
Legacy of the Dragonborn is the best mod for any bethesda game.

Putting The Frontier as one of the best mods is wild.
When I was a kid I didin't knew what Video Game Mods are, but now as an adult a 21 years old I know and I've been interested of Modding for a couple of days defienitily after when the Wii U and 3DS Era died, I said I want to sell those consoles away, but people said don't do that, you can Mod a Wii U and 3DS! That's really an awesome to know, maybe I'll try mod my Wii U, 3DS and even Switch too. Defienitily I've been interested of Super Mario like Super Mario Galaxy mod Super Mario Gravity and Mario Kart mod Sonic Sega All Star Racing Mods. Fallout mods would be awesome defienitily in Fallout 4. But would you plz make a video about of the Best Nintendo games mods like Super Mario Gravity? 😮😊

Horizon for Fallout 4 should have been mentioned. Best overhaul mod out there, I don't play the game without it.
man... it does not matter how many stability and fps mods i download for fallout 4. i still can barely get 5 minutes into the game before it randomly locks up. i dont even dare go into the city around goodneighbor....

Dude, Starfield did not improve on the Fallout 4 building system. Sure, an overhead view helps a little bit, but just about every other aspect of Starfield building mode is a downgrade from Fallout 4
And Fallout 76 doesn’t even have any mods like that because it a live service game and has no creation kit.
I prefer to play a game and add mods later on, but developers should listen to beta tester feedback and resolve issues before releasing a game. The "mods'll fix it" mindset is dangerous and lazy, especially if no one plays your game
