10:29 - I don't care how fast they play this movement. But when this part hits I always hope to God they'll let this church phrase breathe. God it's such an epic moment to make twice as long. But they usually don't and it feels rushed. Probably Brahms has it timed in his notes. I think it's just criminal when a majestic part feels rushed. It's when temporarily slowing temp can actually ENHANCE impact whereas keeping tempo diminishes impact. I've always felt here and 10:56 are when this should happen with this piece. Again, maybe Brahms timed it this way. C'mon Johann, it's the peak of your masterpiece! Let it shine!

It's a shame they cut it off. A nice performance otherwise.
