I started my work career as a hairstylist, so Phil is right, you could feel the tension in your neck and shoulders. I caught myself even sleeping with my arms raised. The saving grace was I was in my 20's so it didn't bother me too much. Glad you could help him.

With all those cracks in his neck, Phil must have felt so much freedom of motion after that adjustment! Interesting how he felt the cranial release in the back of his throat. Just a layman's guess: does that mean that the adjustment affected the Eustachian tubes? Great results!
