I appreciate that Dr. Willen is treating the specific issues using both muscular as well as skeletal techniques. His work is not 'one size fits all'. Also, his hands, arms, and back must be quite strong to be so effective.

Yes, the muscle, soft tissue work is sooo important. We moved 8 years ago away, unfortunately from a Chiro who worked well with my body. I tried a couple of Chiros, but they only want their assistants to use vibrating tools to relax the person first. My body doesn’t like to be vibrated…☹️ Reluctant to keep trying.

Not anywhere close, I'm sure, to what he'd experienced on the battlefield. So I couldn’t find the video with the traction table yesterday when I went to this other doctor. He basically told me surgery is my only option because a chiropractor can’t fix my herniated disc. I’ve been going now for almost 2 months, Pa pain and rehab has given me a tens unit, a back brace and a cane, meanwhile the ortho drs would rather just give me drugs, cut me up and get me out of their hair. I don’t understand why these drs discredit chiropractic care. Surgery isn’t guaranteed either! I told the dr yesterday that I want to explore all of my options, he said there are no other options! I was and still am so damn mad. I won’t be returning to him! Just wanted to say thanks again! I’ll keep you updated with my progress!

I agree with you that the medical industrial complex does not know how to accept integrative medicine. I would rather work with a D.O. than an M.D. any day.
It's because in the early 20th century the Rockefellers created the first Medical schools (M.D.s) and the first pharmaceutical companies. They discredited and imprisoned anyone practicing "Eastern medicine", "Native American" medicine, Ayurvedic medicine, naturopath, chiropractic medicine, anyone advocating diet as medicine, anyone advocating vitamins and exercise.
That's how we got the medical mafia we have today. I was an RN and I am ashamed for being a part of this "racket". "A patient cured is a customer lost" system. I'm so sorry. My husband has had 4 spinal fusion surgeries. He got osteomyelitis in the harvest site on his last surgery and he almost died. Seek out all options, as you are doing. I hope you can find a practitioner who makes a difference.

Whenever he started to use the electric punching gun ( I don't know the name of it), you can see that his hands eyes wide to open and he becomes differently engaged in the situation. This guy has been through some sort of hell to keep us safe, thanks Andrew. Thanks a million.

Andrew I'm so happy you got this much needed adjustment. I hope you come back to him frequently and continue to maintain yourself. Not only is it a physical adjustment but I'm sure it released some traumas and you were able to feel emotional and mental release. Our physical also affects our emotional/mental states.

Thank you Andrew for your service and health sacrifice. Watching that was great. It was a work out that was for sure, but I am sure you are feeling much better. I trust a good chiro 150%, I have had back and shoulder issues all my life, a good chiro is my go to. I have gone to the same female chiro for about 38 years now.

I can't believe how good of shape Andrew is in,i probably wouldn't have gotten off the couch after all that pain. Dr Doug was really whipping Andrew into shape. They both probably needed a break after all that. And a balloon 🎈 what a great day for Andrew.
Great job Dr Doug take a lol break 😄

Dr. Doug-- id say im a newer viewer, ive only started watching at Nuggets last video. Nuggets clips made me wanna go visit a meth-head or two! I was pretty pissed after seeing how her young life has been effected by another human. I never cried during her videos.
This video literally made me cry. I guess understanding at a distance what 9.11 did to our country but ESPECIALLY to NYC. ....n then seeing this kid make his way to u with his shoulder and hearing his experience in Afghanistan-- hearing him being home with his Mom and blessing her with her two beautiful Granddaughters...i know u felt all this even more than what u allowed all of us to see. U kept it professional (i still cant stop crying man!!)
I watch as much as i can, and ive been able to go back in ur playlists and catch alot of really informative videos. This one was my all time favorite. I have not appreciated u more. U have (thru ur posts) encouraged me to seek help for my own chiropractic issues! This post tho..... U made me cry-- i dont cry! Lol n, u didnt even have to perform the Doug tug!😂
Thanks Dr. Wilen! This guy walked out in much better shape, so iwt ty for helping a Veteran. I imagine thats gotta feel intense, especially being a Dr. Practicing in NYC (arent u from that region too??)
    This one hit me hard❤🇺🇸👊🏻
Thanks Dr. Doug! Thanks for helping that guy, hes sacrificed a whole lot! Tyvm

Admire Andrew's humility and obvious inner strength. The treatment he received was obviously highly specialist and astoundingly effective. As a Brit, I wish to thank Andrew for his service, too. My country owes him and his comrades a debt of gratitude for their role in Afghanistan.
