I like looking at something from a different perspective. I really agree with what he says about intrinsic motivation, play and curiosity, feeling the “helper’s high,” and focusing on the solution, not the problem. So much more of what you said resonated with me, but i am trying not to write a book in the comments haha. I am going to try to find this book. Thank you for this discussion. I really found it so interesting.

Auf der anderen Seite motiviert aber auch Erfolg (das sind jetzt meine Gedanken). Es gibt Aufwärts- und Abwärtsspiralen. Wenn man etwas erledigt, auf was man gerade überhaupt keine Lust hat, fühlt man sich danach besser als wenn man es aufschiebt, weil man sich dazu aufgerafft hat. Habe es selbst ausprobiert 😂 Deine Bluse mit Ohringen und Kette sehen sehr schön aus ❤ Schönes Wochenende 🤗😊🌞 Habe doch noch eine Frage: was versuchst du davon jetzt umzusetzen? Die Bluse ist von Figaret, und die Kette ist schon sehr alt 😅🙈 Deine Frage antworte ich auf English, wenn es für dich OK ist 😊 So I do not have a specific goal in mind, but as you have seen from my favourites videos, I have a lot of hobbies and I there are many many more I would like to do but cannot find time for it... So every tip to help against procrastination, helping stay motivated and efficient - more productive - are very helpful to me 😊 Discipline and extrinsic motivation are unfortunately not very efficient, I've been trying that for the past 20 years without muvh success 😂 Also there are a lot of general advices, like the 5 Why's or the 10/10/10 rule that I can put in place in many situations in my daily life and also teach to my kids ! So it's not like one specific goal, because I am not preparing for an exam or writing a book or anything big like that, but rather a general everyday life improvement so I can do more of what matters to me 😊❤️ I hope I answered your question ? Ich schreibe gerne auf deutsch, weil ich das viel schneller kann, aber englisch lesen geht gut. Finde ich interessant, wie du das machst und auch faszinierend. Die Zeit mit kleinen Kindern ist nämlich nicht einfach, vor allem wenn man keine Großeltern um die Ecke hat. Danke nochmal für das Video und deine Gedanken dazu 💖
