I've learned that bad and good are none existent. I often tell people "Challenges are the essence of growth, there is very little that you learn if you always expect a trip to Disneyland. Sure it's fun, experiencing fun is also important. However the challenges are a greater gift because the challenges lead to higher levels of growth so welcoming them and being grateful for them will allow you to be open to see what you were meant to learn." Using Disney helps people understand the point as it's slogan is "the happiest place on earth. Im still growing and still learning and I welcome all that comes.

You are very wise at your age,.and you have confidence in expressing yourself,.,.I once readed a book Lao zi; dao de jing,.it is a juwel,..It is very nice to listen to you, i painted during listening,.,.I dont have fear for dead,. i already died for this world,.,.I made an agreement with the Universe to stay here a while longer, because i have so much to do and to learn,.i want to stay for eternity on earth,,..Keep-up the good fight Shi heng yi, ; give yourself some room to be in nourischment-energy in the heart,.
So I appreciate and 'meditate' upon each incoming and outgoing breath...and it's silent, invisible; a metaphor for what this body/self will eventually become. How many more breaths do each of us really have?
