- In this video, I show the downs when it comes to owning your own company. The reality of your truck always breaking. Money on top of more money leaving your pocket. Motor clubs screwing you over on payments when their pay is already low. I don't always glorify the great things about owning a business because if you;'re planning on owning one yourself one day then, you should know the struggles of another owner operator so you're not blindsided. One day things will be going great, hell, maybe a week of great days but, you'll always end up experiencing problems. It's life.
I am the owner of Minute Man Recovery LLC. We are a repossession & Towing Company in Maryland! New to RUclips but, not new to the towing industry!
We will have many more videos to come. Day in the life’s, How To’s & of course good drama from all aspects!
Hope you enjoy the channel!

Yea buddy looking forward to this 17 minutes!!!
🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Definitely loving the longer videos bro! I feel you with constantly having to put the money out, but once you get her good and stay up on it she'll treat you right! And then just keep the cash flow coming in and banking it away for that rainy day. Man sucks to hear how the motor clubs are doing you, I saw another guy talking about how agero buying everything up and lowering the rates so low and guys still taking the jobs and it's not good for the industry, especially with all the costs of being owner operator, insurances, maintenance, payroll and God forbid you get a claim against you like you were saying. Hopefully though over time you get your name out there and you just get local calls and get a way from the motor clubs to a point where your comfortable with what they're paying you for the distances they're putting you through for each tow or call. Liked the video! Glad to see you got your boom straight! Sucks dude didn't do everything and then ended up over charging you. That ford man the newer vehicles are nice but alot more now to go wrong with them, all those computer controlled modules.
You’re so right brother! Thanks for all the love man
And I’ve been hearing about all those computer problems to. I just want good running trucks 😂
This was a good video I liked it keep up the great work
What’s up man I’m from Columbia Pennsylvania I’m not too far from you I’m owner operator myself I like the videos keep it up
Not too far brother! Thanks a lot! I really appreciate it!
Stay safe out there
Dig the music. Like the attitude. And you keep a clean truck... I'm trying to figure out how to turn my negatives into the same thing your doin.
No matter what, just don’t give up and don’t be afraid to take risk (meaning go all in, going dead broke getting started) and just stay consistent and I promise everything else will work out.
Wish you best of luck brother and hope it goes great!
Dang that truck sounds good..
I'm in Newcastle brother trying to get started
You got this 💪🏼
And do you think with one truck you can team it out say like day and night
Absolutely 12 hour shifts
Is there any particular company I need to connect with for repo work?
Get your cameras and it comes with list on contacts
Wow you’re doing seven grand for a company and they want To pay you in installments? I have never heard of the business running like that? That is really messed up. Might as well just net 30 me and pay me at the end of the month if that’s what you want to run. Can someone explain to me why this is the reason?
Agero swoop don’t pay I don’t have contracts with them but they do call me I charge them no less then 200$ jump start 10 mile tow tire change
Yeah it’s gotten really bad bro
Hey Joe is like to link up with u in like an email or something caise I ha e some questions bout starting a small towing biz. But I have some dilemmas that I gotta get past but id like to conversate with ya.
So if a truck is rwd but has 4x4 its ok to pick it up by the rear and not use dollies?
Depends on the truck. But yes as long as it’s in 2wd you’re good
What state is this
Maryland
Get yourself a set of dollies man. Necessary!
Yeah I got a fucked up pair that need tires but I don’t trust them. They are coming tho...I just keep in my mind with overhead and truck maint. That I can’t give up $1300 just yet for a new pair.
This video is year old so I do hope your mindset has changed since then. At the time you made the Durango customer wait til another tow company could come get it and also charged the motor club a fee cause you didn’t wanna pay to fix your equipment.
I feel like you could help me, help you...
Could become big thangs. I got a life story out this world just like the next person, but like frfr I got some questions you could probably influence me on what to do... I ain't trying to blow this comment box up with it all. But if you down to hear me out kinda I guess find me on FB name is Daniel Prange. Thanks dude regardless keep doing what you doing.
I don’t have fb but I’ll shoot you a email
Do you need a cdl
