What's the difference between this and the bespoke is it just finishes?

You cant change the door panels on this one but you can on the Bespoke.
Not sure if thats the only difference but I’m pretty sure it is.

Correct, only the panels are different. Just ordered the bespoke yesterday because it was on sale vs the stainless steel version. In the long run the panels should be more resistant to scratches vs the stainless steel, so that's a plus. And it being a Samsung, I had to get a warranty. Don't trust Samsung fridges. But it was the only fridge that was a 4 door, counter depth, and had a water dispenser. No other brand has that combo.
