Hello! I noticed a few minutes before this video was meant to go live that the graphic at 15:18 did not show up! It's a minor detail that I didn't think was worth postponing the video for, but I apologize for the emptiness. Please check the description for the details of the missing graphic!
Hey Ally! I’m a big fan of your channel and I was wondering if you’d be interested in doing a collaboration video together! I totally understand if you aren’t interested but I just thought I might ask! :) Let me know if your interested 😊
I put her in this outfit in November, and only changed her out yesterday since I needed to pack the shirt and pants for a trip! But honestly with the right styling Ruthie can be so cute
Even if it didn't know everything, it still creeps me out what AI does and how fast it gathers information to spit words out! Fun video idea and nice job once again.
Thank you! That was fun! I played along on my drive home from work (not watching just listening lol). I'll have to see if I can think of any questions but you should definitely do a part 2!
That’s a good way to pass the time! The only podcast I could ever listen to was a 15 minute trivia podcast because it’s short, and I listened to it on my commutes
The other boy dolls don't have the kaya mold they have modified classic, sonali, Jess and addy molds well except logan only logan uses kaya the other use modified other molds just with closed mouth.
Pleasant Rowland sold Pleasant Company to Mattel in 1998. She remained president during the transition of the company and the completion/product design. She retired in 2000 and Mattel had full control and ownership by 2000. Courtney’s year is 1986 and she was a part of the 35th Anniversary. The Hoffman twins are set in December 1999, which is also the full transition to Mattel’s ownership. Sneaky, huh?
Though it is sneaky, I do believe the year 1999 is to lean into the Y2K hype. I guess my guess of 2002 and 1998 was right in the middle of the full transition…
@@AllycatlovesAG Yes. Products released through 2002 had been developed before 2000. Kit was released in 2000 and Kaya was released in 2002. They were both developed under Pleasant Rowland with her standards of research and education.
q for a possible next video- who is the newest historical doll to be released? (we gotta now if the ai is keeping up with their ag news lol) love this vid idea and would love to see you do more stuff w ag trivia
I’ve had the idea of doing some in-person AG trivia but I’m not sure how this video will perform, and that affects if I make a follow up video. Thanks for watching though!
Low key I find that with most of my college papers I am over the word limit because my outline is too detailed haha. I really need to start on a paper today…
Hey ally don’t u think it’s Weird that’s ag copied at least two of the names from the girl of the year are used for the new 90s historical dolls like ag be creative
Ooh does Gwynn count as a Wellie?! I personally believe she counts! Haha it needs a bit more research on Kaya 🤎 Gabriela was also controversial on the topic of having perma-panties! I have never heard a single person dislike Gabbys story, honestly it seems like that is the favourite thing about her?! Joss’s skin tone definitely never changed 🤔
I don’t think Gabriella had permapanties, that mainly started with Z. My Gabriella doesn’t have them. I consider Gwen part of Corinne’s collection even though she’s wellie sizs

I remember them being 98 dollars in 2011 when I bought my Emily doll. But that was like over ten years ago
$115 across the board unless they are on sale. Or when the 35th anniversary dolls came out they were $150.
Or create your own dolls are $220 and the holiday ones with Swarovski crystals are like $250
and the holiday dolls usually cost more!
That was very interesting. The whole Kaya facemold answer was so weird. Very unique topic - I've never seen anyone do this before. Great job!
Ruthie gets a bad rep for being generic but you never fail to wow me with how adorable yours is!! Makes me want her.

It’s scary haha, but relieving it still has inaccuracies! Thanks for watching
FUN VIDEO! "YES" FOR PART TWO!🙂

That’s good to know thanks! 😊
I think I confused myself if the TM ones were all modified molds or if there were any Kayas. I had a brain fart haha! Thank you
hahaa this is such a clever video idea. the epitome of "i think i know more about american girl dolls than you do genius".
8:46 his name is Bryant and he's the dino dragon kid
Now THIS is a creative video!
loved this video!💕it was so much fun!

chatgpt adding way more information than what you asked for like me trying to hit the word count on a school paper
Low key I find that with most of my college papers I am over the word limit because my outline is too detailed haha. I really need to start on a paper today…
The AI hears you before you type in the question
If that’s the case why was it so wrong for a few answers…
Quick tip: Rowland is pronounced with a long "O" like "bowl", not like "owl"
i’m planning to get a cyo doll. just wondering… is the ‘round open smile’ face supposed to be the classic mold?
Great video! ❤😊
The truly me boys don’t use the kaya molds only Logan and CYO boy do
The: noo no nono nooooo!
😂
