    100克臘腸 100g Chinese sausage
    100克亁蔥頭 100g Shallots
    80克油 80g Cooking oil
    3克已炒香白芝麻 3g Toasted white sesame seeds
    一茶匙麻油 1 TBS Sesame oil
    18克鹽 18g Salt
    3克糖 3g Sugar
    6克雞粉 6g Chicken powder
    2克白胡椒粉 2g White ground pepper
    一克五香粉 1g Chinese five spice
    600克粘米粉 600g Rice flour
