On a flight out west, a father politely asked if his 10 yo daughter could sit in the seat between me and another passenger. We agreed and then spent 3 hours with one of the most delightful children I've ever been near. She was an absolute joy! Hers was a family of 5. They hadn't been able to get seats together, it being right before the holidays, so the parents each sat with a younger sibling and hoped for the best for the eldest. The father gave her a bag with things for her entertainment. I mean, this family had it all together and their kids were so well-behaved! Being on the flight with them was quite lovely. Good parenting shows! The little girl was a happy child and fun to travel with.
Story 5: Regardless of her motives, this would've slapped an abduction/kidnapping charge on her because she'd be dragging a random person she does not know into a plane that goes somewhere they did not want
To be fair, I don't know how that would work out. Clearly, OP's boarding pass was for a national flight. I highly doubt they would've even let her on the plane with Karen. But it's still attempted kidnapping of a minor nonetheless...
The 16 year old in the airport. “I don’t believe you’re 16” “That’s none of your f***ing business”. Basically everything Karen said to the girl and the airport staff, the answer is “None of your f***ing business”
That 16 year old has no situational awareness and probably no "survival skills." I am surprised that she was not taught any of those skills. She is an "easy target" for anything.
@@curtisalex456What are you talking about? She told the woman she'd call security, which she certainly could have done, and when the woman tried to grab her she went straight to her gate and told the attendant there what was going on. If she had no sense she'd have gone with that woman.
@@curtisalex456 I agree. My parents made sure to have me learn these skills at 10 yrs old or even younger. If there were ever a situation where an adult stranger was talking to me, I should not engage in conversation or at least keep it to the bare minimum. Should an adult ever have touched me against my will, I was taught to make as loud as a scene as humanly possible and cry for help. I don’t think this is victim blaming. This is just stating facts or at least stating plausible deductions from her behaviour. The lady clearly overstepped and I’m sorry for the girl to have experienced such a thing. I can only hope, that in case she becomes a mother/aunt to small children, that she has the young children learn from her horrible experience.
If I was the unlucky traveler forced to babysit someone else's kid, well.... Looks like someone is going to learn some new colorful language, and a certain song with no ending.
Lol, and I know what song you're talking about, I use it to annoy kids at my retail job just to see them squirm. I remember I made a kid go ape by singing ninety-nine bottles of beer, my reason, they'd didn't go and collected carts in the lot.
I would love it if a tired mother asked me to watch their baby! Even if the kid was like up to 3, maybe 4 years old. Kids always seem to love me and I don’t mind babysitting once in a while. I also love babies, when I can give them back LOL. Multiple times, I’ve had random kids come up to me and climb on my lap. Each time I just sat there looking around like ummm whose kid is this?? But also made sure they didn’t wander off elsewhere.
That crazy lady with the obnoxious kids obviously lets them do whatever they want as long as they leave her alone. I'll bet her dad wasn't really dying!!!
She created that monster (literally) and now has to deal with the consequences of her being a dismissive parent. She created more stress for herself by raising the kid that way. I don’t feel sorry for her at all. Not even for a second.
That last story: Girl made it past TSA where a legal government ID and a boarding pass are required, and Karen thought that TRAINED professionals wouldn't spot a fake ID? Maybe Security should've checked if the other 2 kids were even hers. Also, them mom with the 2 boys. If her oldest was really a teen and his family member was ill, why was he being such a jerk?
"Respect your elders" came from a time where we were tribal and in villages, where we were lucky to make it to age 60. Elders who made sacrifices, seen things, and has skilld and wisdom to share to the youth so they can make it in this harsh world. Respecting elders does not mean submit to the whims of wrinkled entitled man-children.
Respect doesn’t mean obey. Respectfully sending for a nurse to help this poor sun-bedazzled man to reunite with his family who are going to that terminal over there … perhaps his nervousness has caused an … unfortunate exchange, maybe a sedative would help the poor overwrought individual …
@@nela9994Respect absolutely means obey - in the minds of people who DEMAND respect like that. They wouldn't recognise actual respect if it bit them on the butt.
If I remember, there's a follow up; ED does call Friend's Dad but the old boy had already been put in the picture by Friend so all ED got was a bollocking about having the impertinence to say his honour was disrespected yet he showed no consideration towards Friend's Dad's honour and was told he'd be flying commercial for the rest of his life.
Rule of thumb, don't cause trouble at airports because you may end up in the 'No Fly List'. I know in general airplanes flights are boring but being banned from flying means you have an even more boring road trip from one location to another.
Ending up on the no fly list would be the least of your worries. Airports are under the jurisdication of the FAA, a federal agency. You could easily end up in federal prison, and that last lunatic DEFINITELY deserved to end up there for attempted kidnapping. I'm surprised that girl's parents didn't call up the airline and insist on police meeting her when she returned from wherever it was she was going. I certainly would have.
That's the first thing everyone says in cases like this. There are easier ways to get a kid than to try to drag an uncooperative teenager across a busy airport that's got security guards and cameras all over the place.
Last story: that was attempted human trafficking, and you cannot convince me otherwise. Edit: “International terminal.” Holy crap. Yep. 100% human trafficking.
An airport with hundreds of people in it. Cameras everywhere. Security guards on alert for anything suspicious. Uncooperative teenager who would fight and probably scream every step of the way to the other terminal. Yeah, that's a recipe for successful kidnapping.
For any minor (or anyone who looks like a minor but is an adult), if they’re approached by someone like the lady in story 5, don’t interact with them. Instead, go to airport security or to an employee at a desk and inform them of what is going on and to keep you safe. Never ever show your ID or ticket. Don’t even open your wallet. Just grab your things and get to safety.
It really gets me worked up angry when i read karens are sticking their nose in someone elses business & tell there victim, they are lying when they don't get their way & demand personal information & just continue to harrass. That lady in the last story should have had the police called on her by the flight attendant, regardless being told to leave OP alone & charged with attempted kidnapping.
Story 5: Due to the location (Baltimore, a well-known city for human trafficking due to its port and airport) I wouldn’t be surprised if this was an attempt for human trafficking. After all, OP said that she looks younger than her age, making her a prime target.
And personally I would ask if those kids that “Karen” has are even hers, especially in a case such as this. This is perhaps why “Karen” was so stubborn, and evidence is further provided by the fact that she was heading to the international terminal.
First, I would ask you to not denigrate Baltimore like that, but I don't care that much. Second, NO ONE is going to be dumb enough to try that in an airport so...
@@protoborg “Karen” disguised it as an attempt to rid out rebellious youth in the eyes of the public. Who else would be so desperate to have control over a child and not give a shit about their reputation then somebody working for human trafficking?
Story 3: Geez, MK really wanted to take advantage of a free flight, and he is immature about it, compared to his wife. Good on F to disinvite MK, because something worse could have happened.
After the overblown tantrum and offensive entitlement, I half expected him in the end to just say "eff my family" and take the private flight himself leaving the rest of them to either go home or quickly book a commercial flight. And he would have been whining the entire flight.
@@sarahmoviereviewer4109 Depends, but it's under the discretion of ether the flight company or government, and it's largely for those that are under investigations, suspicions of potential act, or you broke a certain law that make you a danger during flight, Red Flag Laws is an example in terms of suspicions, google/bing that.
With as adamant as that woman was in the last story that she literally spent an hour looking thru gates for this one girl, that goes well beyond concern to which she could've informed security of a possible unaccompanied child. That woman I have no doubt was working for a human trafficking ring, and I really do hope those kids with her weren't victims she had already collected.
People have gotten crazy on planes. I was flying an airline known for open seating, and some guy decided that one row was for him and his family...told the family there to move and when they didn't punched the guy in the face. The family got on board and sat down like nothing happened (wife & 3 kids)...till the police came on board and dragged the family away. The whole time the guy was screaming they did nothing wrong, that anyone that said they did should go out on the tarmac for a fight, and even yelled at the cop...who told the guy sit down and shut up NOW or they'll cancel the flight and charge him for it (~$250,000). No idea if this was true, but he shut up immediately and walked off the flight. It was like a light switch. His family didn't say anything during the exchange except the wife who said they were no longer welcome there because of daddy.
Someone should have told Karen in the last story, "Ma'am it seems that you are trying to kidnap this girl. Do you make a habit of that? Are these two kids really yours? Maybe we should get the police to check it out." I would have loved to see her handle that. Lol.
Imagine the audacity of demanding to know your personal info, including your age, and demanding to know how to contact your parents. That woman in the last story was insane.
If I were the worker in that last story, I would've been notifying security the moment a minor told me a strange woman had tried to grab her and drag her off to a different terminal along with having them check that the other two children that were with her were actually her children (and not children she'd already succeeded in walking off with).
Story 2: as a pilot, the removal is not just a personal thing against the woman and her kids. It’s a safety issue. If those kids fall down and hurt themselves etc during taxi, takeoff, or landing then the airliner could be held liable. Not to mention if she was that unstable, you don’t want an inflight freak out when you’re 30,000 feet above the earth where she could hurt other passengers, her own kids, etc.
Last story OP should have immediately started screaming that the woman was trying to kidnap her and that she had already kidnapped the other kids. That’d stop her interfering
Escorted off plane story: Mom should have put herself in the middle seat with 15 year old in the aisle and 5 year old at the window. While it may have still been a fight to keep him buckled he wasn't going to be running up and down the aisles. Provided mom even tried a little that is. Private plane story: Good grief!!! The pilot was absolutely right on that one, it's very unsafe to fly a plane over capacity, especially one that small. My purse story: That sounds like a real good way to get arrested and put on a no-fly list. Idiots! I wonder if anyone checked INSIDE THE LININGS of the purse? Unaccompanied story: I wonder if the two kids with the Karen were hers or if they were being trafficked like it appears she wanted to do with OP.
My story finally made it on here!! The one where the mom was hitting herself in the face. It was crazy to experience. The nuns enjoyed playing with my son, once we were in the air!
I feel so bad for the flight attendants who have to deal with parents who don’t control their own kids. They deserve a raise for putting up with that crap.
I really don’t care if it’s bad to say this to a parent who allowed their spawns to squeal, run, and terrorize others just so they can have some time for themselves while forcing others to babysit, I’d just tell them “You want your kids to be taken and never seen again? Cause that’s how you get your kids taken and never seen again. But you probably want that to happen cause you don’t give a shit about them.” And listen to them BSing their way out.
Flying private jets over capacity is so dangerous! A family I knew in HS died because they had too much luggage and one too many people. How did that guy think 5 extra people would be okay!
I would hope that the flight attends would have made a note of this person trying to steal or try to have their children annoy people into getting their seats that they would be escorted off the flight and deposited into CPS's custody because that's just ridiculously bad parenting right there.
Story 2: please tell me you don't believe this woman's sob story about her dad dying. If he was dying then she would have been doing everything to make sure they don't get kicked off the flight. Even if it's just trying her best. This lady didn't even try.
Obviously you don't know narcissists. They uses negative stuff that happen to them as a means of profiting from it. They really don't know how to behave rationally or logically. For them, they are gods that controls everything...
Second story - reminds me of the ADHD treatment from South Park: smacking them and yelling "sit down and study". Not as bad at these stories, but my last flight had a family that acted like they owned the plane. They would get up and walk around turning takeoff, the kids would make a mess and talk back to the flight attendants, they came and took all the open "premium-but-not-first-class" seats...
Karens are shapeshifters. They can go from sweet concerned women to full-on prison matrons in the blink of an eye. Just start screaming "STRANGER DANGER! STRANGER DANGER!"
My friend flew from Texas to Ohio 2 months ago. Her, her husband and their 3 year old made the trip. She made sure to take things to keep her daughter busy. There was no way in heck she would have let her daughter run around like a loon.
Flight crews for small planes have to file a flight plan with the exact number of people on board. You can't just add a bunch more last second. The weight also has to be a certain amount and balanced.
Story 2: This is an example of entitlement outweighing other entitlement. Even if you think that woman is entitled to a break (because parenting is/can be hard), that entitlement is outweighed by the fact that everyone else on that plane is entitled to fly.
Heck I flew by myself twice when I was 11. Maybe it was just a different time back then but the flight crew were all wonderful to me. They kept expecting me to be scared during a storm on my second solo flight but the lady next to me was the terrified one. The ironic thing is that it turned out the flight crew had asked her to sit beside me in case I got scared when they flew through the thunderstorm. We lost altitude and got whipped around a bit but I thought it was a great ride. I even got to see the cockpit and got a little set of wings to wear.
Story 1: I don't understand these parents who travel without bringing their children anything to do and then get grumpy when their kids act up. Bring them a coloring book, a novel, or even an electronic device, according to their age or preference, and then the problem is solved. If you can afford hundreds or thousands of dollars to buy tickets for the entire family, you can cough up a little more to keep them from bouncing off the walls throughout the plane trip.
Private jet story: There's a difference between courtesy and respect, and more people ought to learn the difference. I owe common courtesy to anyone who speaks to me (until they prove differently, anyway) but I do not owe them my respect. Respect is earned by behaviour, and not by age. Some people get worse with age, and at some point they can't even expect courtesy anymore!
I wouldn’t have put up with this nosy witch for as long as OP did. I would have immediately called security in order to get this woman away from me. I don’t know why this woman was so concerned about OP, given the fact that she had kids of her own to look after😒
@@BarafuAlbino If that's the crash I'm thinking of, it wasn't a private plane. It was a Let L-410 Turbolet, which is an all-metal high wing turboprop commuter airplane. Bearing registration 9Q-CCN, it was operated by Filair, which was an airline based in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. A passenger smuggled a crocodile aboard the aircraft. The croc escaped the duffel bag it was in, the passengers panicked, and they all ran to the front of the airplane. Unfortunately, this happened when they were on final approach to Bandundu Airport and the pilots didn't have room to recover from the sudden shift in the aircraft's center of gravity. If it had happened when they had more altitude, the pilots may have been able to maintain control. There were 21 people aboard the aircraft; only one survived. Reportedly, the crocodile also survived the crash but was dispatched with a machete. This happened on 25 August 2010. Filair was on the list of air carriers banned in the European Union. They ceased operations in 2015.
As I have heard from someone just because you're old doesn't mean you deserve respect, which is doing the bare minimum, which is not dying, you need to earn it.
For the last story I almost wish that OP started shouting "Help, she's trying to kidnap me!" I don't blame them for not doing that because I don't think I would have been able to think of that in the moment, but wouldn't that be something.
My son passed baby-sitting age several years ago. In fact, he flew with out me. I didn't have any good advice for him, I have never been on a public flight. Some very sweet people took me out on a private flight years ago... I can't even imagine my son acting like that! I guess now I'd be like uh um you know there are cameras, right? My son brought me home several gifts I did NOT expect, so if you have such a great child, hug like there is no tomorrow!
The story of the 16 year old, all i kept saying after finding out the woman was on an international flight was holy shit about 20 times. I was scared to death for that girl. My god!
Story 2. That mom Wasn't Going Through Anything! That was today's version the lie she always tells anyone who asks her to actually parent her brats. Never feel sorry for these lazy unfit parents, because they certainly never feel sorry for all the people their bad behaviour inconveniences.
I don’t get why just because you’ve been on this planet a few years longer than someone, that someone HAS to give you respect. Respect is earned, end of story. I give everyone respect until they do something that warrants them losing it.
Omgosh that lady that tried to take op to and international flight. The security should or that gates desk should have asked her... for her children's information to confirm that they were hers because she had tried to abduct another child to that flight.
I was flying with my 2 stepsons a few years ago. They were 10 & 12. I was taking them to FL to stay with their dad for the summer. They were playing on their switches when I told them I would be right back & stepped into the bathroom, right across from where we were sitting. I came out & saw some lady yelling at them. When I asked what was wrong both boys jumped up & hid behind me. Lady said that they were her kids & she was trying to take their devices as punishment for not listening. I just said that's funny. I am married to their mom & you ain't her. She got mad & quickly walked off. We thought it was over but a few minutes later airport police showed up with the lady. She told them I was kidnapping her kids. I had some legal documents that me, my wife, &her sex signed explaining what was going on. My wife insisted on the paperwork & I am sure glad she did. After about 30 min t& confirming everything they arerested the lady for filing a false report & incinting a panic, I think that's what the second one was.
Fifth story: I hope they arrested her on the landing of her flight. She literally tried to kidnap OP. Almost taking her to another country. I even suspect that those kids she had with her weren't even hers.
Story 2: Yeah she clearly made that story up. Just another Karen who doesn't want to raise her "perfect little angels" to behave. I bet her father is just fine. Story 4: If i had to take a guess this was either a hijacking or terrorist attack but they chickened out at the last second and used righteous indignation to get out of it without question. Story 5: Yeah that definitely sounds like a kidnapping attempt. The international status really sealed it.
16 Year Old Flying Alone Story: OP REALLY should have called over to the nearest Employee asking them to call Airport Security and have Karen told to mind her own business and leave OP alone before Karen gets Arrested for Harassing a Minor... I would have...heck the moment Karen grabbed me, I'd scream my head off calling for Security and the Police while also using the nearest heavy, blunt object to hit Karen with defending myself...
I once saw a reddit story where the op was seated next to a wild brat on a plane while its mom sat alone. all while the child was being a brat, the mom completely ignored them....and OP then got death glares from other passengers because since op was seated next to the child....and they were old enough. no other person showed signs of being such...OP was thought to be a horrible parent
Airport Karen: I was 14 when I took trains from Chicago to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Laredo, and back to Chicago. Alone. Visited relatives in California and Texas. That was before Amtrak when there were several RR companies, various schedules, etc. Wonderful experience! Zero problems.
Hi Fluff. I am not sure this would count as an entitled person story but I still wanted to share it. So my husband and I had just lost my MIL recently so we were having professional movers move her stuff to our new house. My husband and I looked at our security camera and discovered that there wasn’t anyone parked on the side of the street next to our house. Once the movers had loaded everything into the trucks(keep in mind it was a Monday during the work day. My husband and I start heading to our house to put our vehicles on the side street so that both trucks aren’t blocking street parking for our other neighbors next to us in front of the house. Keep in mind the movers had two 26’ moving vans. Not even five minutes after my husband and I are home we get a notification from our doorbell camera. Entitled jerk had rung our doorbell and had essentially demanded that we needed to move our cars because according to him we were blocking four spots(on a public street). We only had my husband’s truck and my car with enough space between for another car on the street. The movers then show up and parked in front of the house. My husband and I come up with a plan to have one of the trucks that had the furniture in it park on the side road so they had better movability to put our furniture in the house without scratching the walls. With that as a plan I go to move my car so that the movers can park on the side street while the one with just boxes can be in front of the house. As soon as I started backing up the Entitled jerk who was sitting in his car this entire time starts driving down the road turns around and then parks right where we were going to put the truck. We all tried to get his attention after he parked his car but to no avail sadly. So unfortunately we had to block the parking spots in front of the house because someone wouldn’t be reasonable and listen to reason.
I can't understand parents not controlling their kids on planes. I flew with my almost 5 year old and 9 months old from the states to Germany. The people around me were so happy when even when my 4 year old got cranky, he still wasn't loud. And when he needed to go to the bathroom, the people around me wanted to watch my daughter while I took him. We had a fantastic flight.
1st story: Parents need to be able to say the word "NO" to a child. They need to teach that child that throwing a temper tantrum will NOT get them what they want, and will in fact make things worse for said child. Otherwise said child grows up to be a entitled jerk that ends up badly. 2nd story: One of those so called kids was 14. Way to old to misbehave like that. The 4 year old needed to be disciplined by the mother. The way the mother behaved, it's no wonder the children misbehaved as well. 3rd story: Arranging to go on someone else's jet for yourself, and then trying to force 4 other people into the jet is entirely different. The man DEMANDING is even horrible. His childish behavior even worse! His wife at least was better than he was. Story 4: The woman's story kept changing. Claims her passport is in her purse and has to leave to get it. Than admits she has her passport but needs medication. They ask what the medication was - she says it doesn't matter. Purse is found and NO MEDICATION. Something fishy there. Story 5: If I was OP I'd have called security as this woman was now harassing's her. Even when she said she would call security she than attacked, grabbing her. The woman actually goes LOOKING for her. Demands the airline worker hand OP over to her. That Karen of a woman was up to something and it doesn't seem good.
The lady giving every excuse under the sun as to why she shouldn't be forced off, I'd have said "I don't care if you're the president, my plane, my rules, you fix your kids, or get off."
For what it is worth, the middle seats are the least popular seats so they are the last to fill. If the mom with 3 kids in the second story bought the tickets like the day before or something, that may have been her only option. This could easily be because she was heading to a funeral or some other last minute travel plans.
The irony and entitlement of someone threatening to call the Transportation Safety Board to report someone for _not_ breaking safety regulations in their favor is staggering.
private plane story: Apparently the 'father's friend' had never flown on a private plane either. There is a set weight load that cannot be ignored. He would have put everyone's life on board in danger. I hope the OP's friend's father sides with his children and hopefully cut ties with a grown ass man who would throw a tantrum on the tarmac when he didn't got his way.
No adult who has a tantrum and throws suitcases around, not to mention trying to hit someone, should be respected, regardless of their age.
Story Five: forget security, police should have gotten involved and Karen should have been arrested for attempted kidnapping a minor and for assault on a minor.

I also love babies, when I can give them back LOL. Multiple times, I’ve had random kids come up to me and climb on my lap. Each time I just sat there looking around like ummm whose kid is this?? But also made sure they didn’t wander off elsewhere.
"Hey, can I get one of those canned espressos?"
Make sure you use the c word alot.
That crazy lady with the obnoxious kids obviously lets them do whatever they want as long as they leave her alone. I'll bet her dad wasn't really dying!!!
I was thinking the same thing. She was most likely trying to get sympathy.
My thoughts exactly. She just seems entitled, lazy and used to getting her way with whatever sob story will work.
My thought when she started slapping herself was she was going to claim she was assauted by the airline staff.
She created that monster (literally) and now has to deal with the consequences of her being a dismissive parent. She created more stress for herself by raising the kid that way. I don’t feel sorry for her at all. Not even for a second.
@condorboss3339 Too bad for her they can tell when injuries are self-inflicted or not.
And women.
@@edene.4870 alas, you are most probably right, since they, themselves have never non-begrudgingly gave respect in their own lives.
If I remember, there's a follow up;
ED does call Friend's Dad but the old boy had already been put in the picture by Friend so all ED got was a bollocking about having the impertinence to say his honour was disrespected yet he showed no consideration towards Friend's Dad's honour and was told he'd be flying commercial for the rest of his life.
Rule of thumb, don't cause trouble at airports because you may end up in the 'No Fly List'. I know in general airplanes flights are boring but being banned from flying means you have an even more boring road trip from one location to another.
Or you have to go by boat
@@jacthing1 Good luck finding a passenger liner that'll cross an ocean in this day and age lol.
And that's provided you can even get to where you want to go by car.
Enjoy the drive from New York to Paris

If anything, I believe that Karen in story five might be involved in some child trafficking business.
@@hodgeelmwood8677you’re forgetting one key fact. Criminals are really, really, really fucking dumb.
Of my older sister and I, I (45F) still look like I’m in my 20s. My sister (46), however, is petite and looks like a teenager.
Story 3- “You may be my elder in years but certainly not in maturity”
@@protoborgYou overestimate human intelligence and common sense.
And he would have been whining the entire flight.
what i wanna know is if he knows the friends parents then its safe to assume they are wealthy too, so why not buy their own private jet
Story 4. Definitely feels like drugs.
All the Karens in these stories belong in a No Fly list.
If only.
Isnt that a law now?
@@sarahmoviereviewer4109 Depends, but it's under the discretion of ether the flight company or government, and it's largely for those that are under investigations, suspicions of potential act, or you broke a certain law that make you a danger during flight, Red Flag Laws is an example in terms of suspicions, google/bing that.
I Agree!
Second story: the mother is full of it. If that’s in Europe, she’s probably banned for life.
Story 3 is like "ya, you should respect your elders, but that's pretty damn hard to do when that elder is throwing a tantrum like a 3 year old."
3rd story: "My family have never been on a private plane before"
And you still haven't
4th story: This sounds HIGHLY illegal
Respecting elders is one thing. Bowing to stupidity is quite another.
Last story, if someone grabbed my wrist at that point I'd yell as loud as possible kidnapper!
I never had a problem flying at 13, but then I'm a dude and had airline connections. I basically grew up huffing de-icer and jet fuel 😂
Story 5: That Karen is a creep
Who gets a fake ID stating you're 16?
Excellent!
Karens don't believe in common logic.
Flying private jets over capacity is so dangerous! A family I knew in HS died because they had too much luggage and one too many people. How did that guy think 5 extra people would be okay!
Story 5, that is definitely an abduction attempt no question about it
I would hope that the flight attends would have made a note of this person trying to steal or try to have their children annoy people into getting their seats that they would be escorted off the flight and deposited into CPS's custody because that's just ridiculously bad parenting right there.
Story two.... kid running wild. That's what rope and duct tape are for. Or they all get booted off! Karma, B! 😅
Story three... Big bawling manbaby! 😡
My friend flew from Texas to Ohio 2 months ago. Her, her husband and their 3 year old made the trip. She made sure to take things to keep her daughter busy. There was no way in heck she would have let her daughter run around like a loon.
Story 3: Sorry Kevin but Respect isn't given it's earned and you didn't earn it with your actions.
Flight crews for small planes have to file a flight plan with the exact number of people on board. You can't just add a bunch more last second. The weight also has to be a certain amount and balanced.
Story 2:
This is an example of entitlement outweighing other entitlement. Even if you think that woman is entitled to a break (because parenting is/can be hard), that entitlement is outweighed by the fact that everyone else on that plane is entitled to fly.
It's so refreshing to have a real person's voice and not a text- speech package presenting the script.
I don’t know why this woman was so concerned about OP, given the fact that she had kids of her own to look after😒
Being on an overloaded private jet is how Aaliyah died.
That's what I kept thinking about.
People died on a private plane in Africa because a crocodile sneaked in.
Last story: Can Karen prove the 2 kids with her belong to her and she's not kidnapping them? Cuz it seems like that's what she was trying to do to OP.
My son brought me home several gifts I did NOT expect, so if you have such a great child, hug like there is no tomorrow!
respect is earned not just granted by years...
A fifteen or so year old acting out like the 2nd story is not a good mom having a temporary issue, it is a product of lifetime lack of parenting.
The story of the 16 year old, all i kept saying after finding out the woman was on an international flight was holy shit about 20 times. I was scared to death for that girl. My god!
Karens Master plan
1) Steal Child
2) ??????
3) Profits
Story 3 - At least the guy’s wife had some common sense. And for the record, respect is earned not just given because you’re a certain age.
Yay! My Monday dose of FLUFF!!!
I would have taken the kid and the backpack to her and say I am not your babysitter, then go sit down and sleep.
Elder card is very common in China. Parents can even sue their kids to take care of them, even after they abandon them!
Finally, Fluff Time!
Their age means they had more time to be stupid.
Omgosh that lady that tried to take op to and international flight. The security should or that gates desk should have asked her... for her children's information to confirm that they were hers because she had tried to abduct another child to that flight.
You remind me of a friend I had in the early 80s. Same voice, seriously! Thanks for the memories, Fluff! (Hi Stevo!)
Hello there
Always keep a Red Bull around for the chance that parents might try to dump thier children on you.
Respect is earned, not given.
Story 3: The thinking that with Age comes Respect, also means that Age with Equanimity comes respect. Age with Entitlement is not worthy of respect.
Should have also been attempted kidnapping.
Story 3: Though you look like an elder, but you think and act like a wild toddler.
Story 5: I would have yelled stranger danger in that situation
The guy in story 2 is funny.
If a stranger left their kid with me, I would say, "Thanks, I estimate they'd be $5000 on average."
Zero problems.
story 5: always scream "STANGER DANGER" 😂
Story 5 sounds too much like attempted kidnapping/trafficking. Yikes!
The purse was a priceless authentic fake gucci.
There's an oxymoron in there.
Last story... Are you sure the rest of her kids are hers? 😅
Story 3: My response would have been: "Don't worry, I'm calling my father. Clearly you lied to both him and me."
Last story definitely a kidnapping attempt for human trafficking
Don’t ever feel bad for a mom that doesn’t parent her children. She raised them to be entitled and now she has to deal with it.
The obnoxious children are the ladies own fault so she’s just reaping the crap that she showed I’ve got zero sympathy for her
The irony and entitlement of someone threatening to call the Transportation Safety Board to report someone for _not_ breaking safety regulations in their favor is staggering.
private plane story: Apparently the 'father's friend' had never flown on a private plane either. There is a set weight load that cannot be ignored. He would have put everyone's life on board in danger. I hope the OP's friend's father sides with his children and hopefully cut ties with a grown ass man who would throw a tantrum on the tarmac when he didn't got his way.
