Hi, brilliant video! Iv just installed mine on a s-plan. The only problem I’m having I can’t get the hot water settings up on the nest thermostat? Can you shed any light?

Hi, you need to check you've set it up as a system boiler and not a combi

Brilliant and informative once again brother.
Silly question... does the 230v out from the boiler becomes a permanent live out after wiring 230v in on the boiler link on this boiler???. And is this because it's linked
    Thanks for sharing once again

Hi, yes it becomes a permanent live out via the boiler. Not all boilers have this (in fact the new vaillants also don't have a live out anymore)

Great video on the Nest & S Plan Configuration. Question, is this wiring set up suitable to use with a combi boiler in S Plan with additional Megaflow cylinder 🤔

You can still use it like that yes as it's still on an S-plan 👍🏾

Have you ever unboxed one that was scratched up out of the box?

Nice one. What electrical training did you do or did you just pick it up as you went along?
