I really enjoyed that car, I changed the wheels and put a stainless steel exhaust on with a 5 inch exit... thinking back I loved that car it was brilliant
Especially if it's going on the track, a quaife lsd will be the best modification you can do on a 180. It will cost you more than what you paid for the car, but so worth it. Looks like you have an itg induction kit, be sure to check the foam filter to see if it's still serviceable or deteriorated and needs replaced (hopefully the oil catch can has prevented the filter from being saturated with oil).
That starting issue sounds like the positive power cable going to the starter motor - give the bolt a tweak. The exhaust looks to be a Klarius which is almost literally a "1 MOT" mild steel type of thing - it's not factory.
Thanks for the advice, it's greatly appreciated. Do you mean that the stainless steel exhaust is klarius? Or the one already fitted? We found that the positive connection on the battery was loose but that's been fixed now which could have been part of the problem lol
Hahaha yeah I did a little Google search and it seemed just like the one on there. Do you know what the make of the stainless steel one is called by any chance 😅?
A classic and a good car to work with, nice drive when sorted. Very underrated
Oh god Cal! Looks great, but what a job getting a in shape again.
Thanks! Lots to do but it's got so much potential :)
These have always had a soft spot with me, can’t wait to see what gets done with it
Yeah we can't wait to make this thing a weapon either. The journey will be a good one no doubt

@@jcscarculture5267 That rusty thing fitted is a Klarius I think - you can get them off ebay cheap so they are super common.
