Excellente version. Richter est un pianiste génial qui donne toujours une interprétation personnelle et intuitive des oeuvres qu'il interprète.

Great pianist, great performance, and only 812 views? ... That's weird.

Ten years late the views are up to 14,500. Moving in the right direction.

Yes, the part starting at 2:22 makes it or breaks it for me. Gilels surpasses, too.

    very nice...
@0:41 left hand where it should be a D double sharp is played as a D-natural. maybe he just missed the note there..

Possibly, but hard to believe with this pianist. Could there be an alternative version or an unfamiliar edition?

It's a mistake allright. Live recording, it happens.

Andrew Kennaugh speaking of liking music... isn't it possible that the comment was written by the real Martha Argerich?? 🤔

Yes I noticed that too. Odd that so great a technician should "miss" such an easily-played note. Could it be an alternate, little-known version? One wonders. Anyway, as long as we're both here, Madame Argerich, you are the only living pianist worthy to stand beside the legendary Richter. Bravissima!
