Always focus on the object, then whisper 'Wingadium Leviosa', control where you want your object to float, then take the picture

Sport mode has a fast enough shutter speed, or you could use manual and adjust the settings your self.

You would have to use manual settings. Set the shutter speed at around 1/1000 to get good results and make sure you have a lot of light available.

The idea is to "paint" a shadow with water on the ground to create the illusion of levitation. The difficult part is to create a shadow in the right size and "softness".
