How strong is the clamp and ball head to mount insta 360 x3 with selfie stick? Is it stable and strong or will get loose?

The clamp is very strong. Ball head is also strong but I am not sure how long you can extend the stick. I guess within 3ft extended stick should not have any problem.

Hi,
The ball head is non removable. I checked if there is any way to remove the ball head but it is integrated with the clamp as a single unit.

Ball head is permanently connected to the clamp. No option to remove.
