The energy levels ye both kept up all that time, it was full on. & the progress just happened so quickly & consistently, no moaning or skiving etc... even the rest days looked full on😂 it's very original but fits into the surroundings too. Can u please do a video on how or what research & prep ye did first, like do ye have construction backgrounds? And budget and costs would be cool to know.? How did ye have the confidence to do the plumbing & electrics too? Like are u trained or did someone help etc? Well done both, you are truly very capable, plus ye didn't kill eachother in the process😂😂🎉🎉
Jaysus, you two are something else, well done folks, well done. The panel heater on the ceiling in the new kitchen, is it something you would recommend? I have been through your videos, couldn't find much info on it. I think it is infraRed.
Yip its Infared, it works really well actually. Strange feeling, just like a fire. were planning to get more for the kids bedrooms but have a photo printed on them will include that in a future video!

How did ye have the confidence to tackle the plumbing & electrics? Or the know how? It looked very complicated.. be good to have a video on that, with costings too if ye dont mind sharing...? Research time, all that was needed. Good ye didnt kill eachother too🎉😂 u really wudnt think it could b done so well, so quick with 2 people! Kept labour costs down.
Aww thanks, nope we had no construction backgrounds. Rob is creative and believes he can do anything lol Plumbing an electrics were scary, but really nothing too hard, youtube is very good, and we had a decent electrician who came a few times to help direct our effort. Will do a costings video in 2 weeks. If anything it brought us much closer, you really do learn a lot more about your partner than you thought you knew doing a project like this together! Saved a fortune, but also know the building inside out so should never need any help for maintenance
@WestCorkWander wow, even more impressive so! 👏 amazibg what can b done tru confidence & creativity! very inspirational actually! Ye have a business model there too- consultancy or training people to do it too themselves... plus some bits were truly challenging, like how to proceed wit half an uneven stone wall but add blocks to it etc. Most wud knock it & do all new build. Ye opened my eyes!
Rob badly twisted his. ankle and I hurt my elbow at various points. Rob also had swollen hands and achy back every morning. We were achy coming into winter now and moved to a carnivore diet to help with inflammation and energy. This seemed to solve every single issue we had and lots more including improving sleep and focus etc.. it really helped fuel us

Any aches or pains lads? How does Clare do it, if I paint a ceiling, I am floored for a week with neck pain!
