@@yeetsmemario Because it takes way way too long to line up a 100% shot while you're getting swarmed and you'd need to land SEVERAL. You can try to take down 1 charger with it but when 2 or more come in at the same time with hunters, you'd either run out of ammo or die trying to line up shots. You only kill the Bile Titan fast on Railgun with a PS5 host exploit. Meanwhile the flamethrower can deal with one charger in 8 seconds consistently without having to land perfect shots while the arc thrower takes a while but clears all the hunters. After the update I haven't seen anyone high level solo players touch Railgun vs bugs. Honestly it just gets it's job outpeformed by the EAT/Recoiless.They kill chargers faster with no fiddling around and chance to blow up. And if you want horde clearing, both thrower weapons. The Railgun is now the jack of all trades that doesn't justify itself vs bugs. Still not bad against bots.

I really like how aggressive you are with your No Deaths. You definitely aren’t going for the easiest routes and take the challenge head on. Some really impressive gameplay in here and I’m only part way through the vid so far!

Enjoyable to watch. Although, one of the reason I like the Punisher is because it staggers and can quickly deal with Bile Spewers if you aim for their head.

I think if they’re calling and you stun/interrupt it should go on a cooldown and reward you for it. I’ve got replays of me fighting a commander who for 20 seconds is just trying to summon again and again and is being interrupted by the punisher with each shot. Strategically it’d be a lot cooler if you knew the bug on that team who was in charge of calling in reinforcements has been neutralised and you can swiftly kill them before that cooldown comes off again. Hey Yeets had a weird bug yesterday that forced me to play a majority of the mission without a weapon 😂 luckily my squad had was able to kill everything.
That bug sometimes happens when you’re hosting & after someone else joins you mid-game. Mostly you just lose the ability to use your weapons, but sometimes you’re also unable to use your stratagems or grenades. Happened to me several times which is why I try to start a mission with a full squad to prevent the bug.
@@christiancooper4561 oh yes it’s been happening for PS5 players ever since the last patch. It’s really annoying to equip everything all over again every time you get back in the ship. Hope they fix it soon. PC players don’t seem to have been affected as far as I know.

Mechs are super good yeah . I just wish they would stop exploding out of the blue lol . On solo , makes it way too unreliable to use . And its not because of the rocket glich . They can just expload on spawn (due to fall damage) or just blow up even if you where shooting the machine gun and didnt even touch the rockets (for me at least). No idea why but it makes me get stuck with no stratagem at the worst moment
Arcthrower can take out elites and the ads at the same time from a great distance with infinite ammo economy lol. Punisher is close range and still requires me to aim one at a time - up close- not a 1 for 3 deal that will, again run out of ammo. The shield has been nerfed and is balanced well at this point. 12- 13 second cooldown and will hold its shield degradation permanently. Shield is balanced, hunters are not. Helps when Joel summons 50 hunters on my back out of a given moment where being hit once by an enemy that phases through walls is basically insta death on a no death run on highest difficulty. What’s wrong with 500kg? It’s one of the most inconsistent bile titan killers in the game. When it works, great, when it doesn’t it’s a waste of a stratagem. Cluster is great, doesn’t come without risks with its large aoe. Happy to watch your no death helldive difficulty videos to see your consistency alongside the loadouts you take my friend 👍
Heres my statement. I disagree with you having an issue with the arcthrower. yes 500kg is inconsistent but if you look at all “meta” loadouts. It is exactly what you use. I do agree with hunters being an issue on hunter heavy planets. I think us the players either be buffed with better equipment or hunters be toned down a notch, but i dont think any equipment should be nerfed. If you dont like the playstyle of the arcthrower then obviously play with something else. If we nerf then we run into no variety in gameplay and people will get burnt out faster Although railgun was a good nerf. Too good though, now no one uses it If we buff then we get more variety in gameplay

I’ve stated numbers on stream, along with all the insane pros it has with limited cons and can objectively and mathematically state it’s the strongest out there for a support weapon. As per your words of just don’t use it - that’s exactly what I do and have also stated many times on stream it’s why I don’t use it 🙂 Same with the mech. As cool as it is it made evacuations way too easy. And whilst you see the setup I have being meta, I can assure you it could be made much easier with a switch to arc and mech lol. Try it yourself and compare the differences (I have and they’re huge!) Emphasising this is on a Helldive mission solo *No Death* challenge run. Ill use things that can help get the job done but not make it an easy time and still requires skill to use and execute. Having done Lies of P no hit run with no throwables alongside many other challenge runs with equal difficulty, I’d like to think I balance difficulty with what’s fair and not overly strong. Elden ring club melee only no hit run being another example 🙂 There’s a lot of inconsistencies the game has that needs to be fixed asap. Most of these negatively affect the player instead of helping them. Which makes challenge runs like these very difficult artificially - had ONE bile titan today survive x2 500kgs and x2 eats to the face. Absolute insanity. There’s many stratagems and weapons that need buffing, and I’ve also gone into great length on stream talking about these both mathematically and objectively and we’ve been fair with all of them. I even made a video the other day showcasing the shield stratagem relay and how to be creative with it instead of abusing meta items. I don’t think there’s anything to disagree on if I’m being honest.
The only reason I don't have issue with how strong the arc thrower is right now, is because of the insane amount of "you can't use stratagems" modifiers going on right now. I had a mission where none of us could use a single stratagem for over 10 minutes because of ion storms, call in time increased, and cooldown times increased all being stacked on the same map. Yeah, you could just not do those maps, but if the modifiers are so bad you won't even stay on a planet, it's an issue. Since none of us had the arc thrower, we ran around for 10 minutes doing absolutely nothing but killing chaff and kiting titans and chargers until we had a near unmanageable amount to deal with. We used our cooldowns for a group of breaches and a couple of "pop in spawns"(still hate these), so everything has a 6-8 minute cooldown. Then an ion storm hits immediately, so no resupply available either. 2 minutes later that goes away, we get the resupply down, still waiting for our cooldowns, one guy had cluster bomb, so he was able to clear small-medium stuff and keep us relatively clear, but he had used 3 charges during the big battle, so we only had 2 and they were gone quick. Now our cooldowns have roughtly 3-4 minutes left. 2 titans 3 chargers and about 12 spewers spawn with the usual slew of chaff. We run out of grenades taking care of the spewers, get it down to just the titans and charger, got about 2 minutes left on cooldowns. We kite those guys to the next objective, just in time for another 2 breaches to open with 2 more titans and 2 more chargers. Now we're just seconds away from our cooldowns and seems like it's going to be ok, as another breach and another titan/charger combo pops out, so 5 titans and 4 chargers now, FINALLY my cooldowns reset. I set up a 500kg, throw it on the closest titan with them as stacked as possible, but you know, call in time. While waiting for the call in to happen, another ion storm hits. Well guess what happens when you have a stratagem out waiting on call in when one of those hit? It disappears, no stratagem is called in, and it goes on cooldown. So now I have just thrown 1 of my bombs, someone else threw a railcannon strike on them, but it had a 4 second call in with the modifiers, so theirs whiffed too and went back on cooldown for 2 more minutes and no one else can do anything. We kite more, just waiting. FINALLY the storm clears, 2 of us throw nukes, manage to kill 2 titans and 3 of the chargers, AND ANOTHER STORM HITS almost back to back as another group of breaches pop up and 3 MORE TITANS COME IN. So another 2 minutes of kiting before we can do anything. This is just the first roughly 15 minutes of a 40 minute mission. The rest of it was very similar all the way up to extraction, where we had so many heavies on us we had to run them out from the drop ship just to be able to run in and get on it. Took us over 10 minutes of doing absolutely nothing to be able to deal with spawns. Complete and utter tedium that shouldn't be in the game at all. And before someone says "that's not what that word means" to me again, it means tiresome because of length or dullness. Well running around for 10 minutes not being able to play the game properly is exactly that. Too long and super dull/boring. Next mission we all equipped arc thrower and haven't taken it off yet. Because when that started happening again, we just Ghostbustered the titans and chargers and were able to move on without kiting crap we couldn't kill or do anything with or to. Does it kill them slower? Yes. Does it take 10 minutes? Nope. It's the only way the game doesn't waste my time and with modifiers like these, the devs DEFINITELY don't value our time. But hey, they want us to rely on stratagems more right? TL;DR: My group now brings arc thrower to just about any mission because modifiers are trash.

You can't measure skill of using the stratagems in the game if you can't use them at all. There's a reason they nerfed the frequency of ion storms. They were happening back to back to back causing multiple minutes of being unable to use anything. When it's been almost 15 minutes and you can't call in a resupply even and haven't found ammo out in the world, you have no ammo for your guns, no grenades, your only option is having a gun with infinite ammo. That has exactly nothing to do with skill lol

Ion storm hitting right after using a couple cooldowns to handle stuff spawning directing on top of you means everything is unable to be used, because ion storm JAMS you. With increased cooldowns of stratagems, anything you used has a 7-10 minute cooldown. Then getting another ion storm right as those are starting to come off cooldown, means another 2-3 minutes of not being able to use anything. I never said we were just fighting random crap, we did what we had to to handle spawns popping in DIRECTLY on top of us. Everything else we had to kite to the objectives anyway. No one "constantly" wasted anything, that's the whole damn point of the post. You can't "waste" something if you can't even cast it. I've had ion storms hit, last 2-3 minutes, go away for 15 seconds, then come back in for another 2-3 minutes, go away for maybe 30 seconds, come back in for another 2-3 mins, ad nauseum until the end of a mission. You only get to USE 1-2 stratagems in that time, you can't even use all your charges on eagles. And any orbital you cast goes on cooldown for 8 minutes. But if you think just flat out not being able to USE a stratagem for 10-15 minutes straight means we used all our cooldowns somehow in one engagement(we didn't, read the damn post) is a skill issue, don't talk to me anymore, you have zero reading comprehension, you don't know what the term skill issue even means, and I have nothing else to say to you. They wouldn't have decreased how often ion storms can happen if it was a skill problem. They've been VERY clear about not caring if someone has a problem doing something that requires skill to accomplish. Having everything just be unable to use for 2-3 minutes or have a 8-15 minute cooldown with only one use to begin with before it has to recharge because of a modifier has NOTHING TO DO WITH SKILL. By your logic, everything should be exactly like the mech suit, 2 charges per mission, 10 minutes per charge and you can't use it anymore. Fuck off with that shit and go be a child on someone else's comment. I'll say it one more time for your slow brain to comprehend. Having no ability to use the stratagems you brought because they are jammed for 3 minutes, or using something once and it having a 6-10 minute or more cooldown ISN'T A SKILL ISSUE, it's just tedious, shitty modifiers added to the game. Go be a child somewhere else, I won't respond to your stupidity anymore. Open a dictionary and learn some comprehension. Skills are irrelevant when you can't use any of them to begin with. And skill issues are irrelevant when you aren't able to use anything but a gun with limited ammo for 10 minutes. The game doesn't stop throwing hordes at you just because you relocate to a different area of the map unless you're playing on difficulty 3 or 4, which maybe you are, but on 7-9 it doesn't, and you're stuttering on about breaches when I was referring to the mobs that pop into existence ON TOP OF YOU, not from a breach or patrol. OH WAIT they nerfed that too because it was out of hand. You're an idiot. Also, what is the point of having a certain amount of enemies spawn in a mission, if the best course of action is avoid them and run to the extraction? If the best option is don't engage what spawns to begin with, there is inherently a problem with the game. This isn't Splinter Cell, the game is bullet hell chaos, not sneak around and avoid everything you can at all costs.
Bubble on bugs negate slow tbh its kinda op since it doesnt break easily not like in HD1. And yes ive seen so many people play it differently once your out of the bubble like 9:43 youlld be dead there etc etc. the run is good nonetheless

0:32 the mech is bugged at the moment, if you turn right too quickly and shoot a rocket it blows itself up, so yea. Not viable for a no death run.

On Playstation I got a bug that resets my load out and all my equipped armor as well as title etc.

Since none of us had the arc thrower, we ran around for 10 minutes doing absolutely nothing but killing chaff and kiting titans and chargers until we had a near unmanageable amount to deal with.
We used our cooldowns for a group of breaches and a couple of "pop in spawns"(still hate these), so everything has a 6-8 minute cooldown. Then an ion storm hits immediately, so no resupply available either. 2 minutes later that goes away, we get the resupply down, still waiting for our cooldowns, one guy had cluster bomb, so he was able to clear small-medium stuff and keep us relatively clear, but he had used 3 charges during the big battle, so we only had 2 and they were gone quick. Now our cooldowns have roughtly 3-4 minutes left. 2 titans 3 chargers and about 12 spewers spawn with the usual slew of chaff. We run out of grenades taking care of the spewers, get it down to just the titans and charger, got about 2 minutes left on cooldowns.
We kite those guys to the next objective, just in time for another 2 breaches to open with 2 more titans and 2 more chargers. Now we're just seconds away from our cooldowns and seems like it's going to be ok, as another breach and another titan/charger combo pops out, so 5 titans and 4 chargers now, FINALLY my cooldowns reset. I set up a 500kg, throw it on the closest titan with them as stacked as possible, but you know, call in time. While waiting for the call in to happen, another ion storm hits. Well guess what happens when you have a stratagem out waiting on call in when one of those hit? It disappears, no stratagem is called in, and it goes on cooldown. So now I have just thrown 1 of my bombs, someone else threw a railcannon strike on them, but it had a 4 second call in with the modifiers, so theirs whiffed too and went back on cooldown for 2 more minutes and no one else can do anything. We kite more, just waiting. FINALLY the storm clears, 2 of us throw nukes, manage to kill 2 titans and 3 of the chargers, AND ANOTHER STORM HITS almost back to back as another group of breaches pop up and 3 MORE TITANS COME IN. So another 2 minutes of kiting before we can do anything. This is just the first roughly 15 minutes of a 40 minute mission. The rest of it was very similar all the way up to extraction, where we had so many heavies on us we had to run them out from the drop ship just to be able to run in and get on it.
Took us over 10 minutes of doing absolutely nothing to be able to deal with spawns. Complete and utter tedium that shouldn't be in the game at all. And before someone says "that's not what that word means" to me again, it means tiresome because of length or dullness. Well running around for 10 minutes not being able to play the game properly is exactly that. Too long and super dull/boring. Next mission we all equipped arc thrower and haven't taken it off yet. Because when that started happening again, we just Ghostbustered the titans and chargers and were able to move on without kiting crap we couldn't kill or do anything with or to. Does it kill them slower? Yes. Does it take 10 minutes? Nope. It's the only way the game doesn't waste my time and with modifiers like these, the devs DEFINITELY don't value our time. But hey, they want us to rely on stratagems more right?
TL;DR: My group now brings arc thrower to just about any mission because modifiers are trash.
Skill issue
@@Dewmuss being unable to use a single stratagem for 10+ minutes straight is a skill issue? Please explain that one. You can't measure skill of using the stratagems in the game if you can't use them at all. There's a reason they nerfed the frequency of ion storms. They were happening back to back to back causing multiple minutes of being unable to use anything. When it's been almost 15 minutes and you can't call in a resupply even and haven't found ammo out in the world, you have no ammo for your guns, no grenades, your only option is having a gun with infinite ammo. That has exactly nothing to do with skill lol

@@Dewmuss You've completely misunderstood the example I gave. Ion storm hitting right after using a couple cooldowns to handle stuff spawning directing on top of you means everything is unable to be used, because ion storm JAMS you. With increased cooldowns of stratagems, anything you used has a 7-10 minute cooldown. Then getting another ion storm right as those are starting to come off cooldown, means another 2-3 minutes of not being able to use anything. I never said we were just fighting random crap, we did what we had to to handle spawns popping in DIRECTLY on top of us. Everything else we had to kite to the objectives anyway. No one "constantly" wasted anything, that's the whole damn point of the post. You can't "waste" something if you can't even cast it. I've had ion storms hit, last 2-3 minutes, go away for 15 seconds, then come back in for another 2-3 minutes, go away for maybe 30 seconds, come back in for another 2-3 mins, ad nauseum until the end of a mission. You only get to USE 1-2 stratagems in that time, you can't even use all your charges on eagles. And any orbital you cast goes on cooldown for 8 minutes. But if you think just flat out not being able to USE a stratagem for 10-15 minutes straight means we used all our cooldowns somehow in one engagement(we didn't, read the damn post) is a skill issue, don't talk to me anymore, you have zero reading comprehension, you don't know what the term skill issue even means, and I have nothing else to say to you. They wouldn't have decreased how often ion storms can happen if it was a skill problem. They've been VERY clear about not caring if someone has a problem doing something that requires skill to accomplish. Having everything just be unable to use for 2-3 minutes or have a 8-15 minute cooldown with only one use to begin with before it has to recharge because of a modifier has NOTHING TO DO WITH SKILL. By your logic, everything should be exactly like the mech suit, 2 charges per mission, 10 minutes per charge and you can't use it anymore. Fuck off with that shit and go be a child on someone else's comment. I'll say it one more time for your slow brain to comprehend. Having no ability to use the stratagems you brought because they are jammed for 3 minutes, or using something once and it having a 6-10 minute or more cooldown ISN'T A SKILL ISSUE, it's just tedious, shitty modifiers added to the game. Go be a child somewhere else, I won't respond to your stupidity anymore. Open a dictionary and learn some comprehension. Skills are irrelevant when you can't use any of them to begin with. And skill issues are irrelevant when you aren't able to use anything but a gun with limited ammo for 10 minutes. The game doesn't stop throwing hordes at you just because you relocate to a different area of the map unless you're playing on difficulty 3 or 4, which maybe you are, but on 7-9 it doesn't, and you're stuttering on about breaches when I was referring to the mobs that pop into existence ON TOP OF YOU, not from a breach or patrol. OH WAIT they nerfed that too because it was out of hand. You're an idiot. Also, what is the point of having a certain amount of enemies spawn in a mission, if the best course of action is avoid them and run to the extraction? If the best option is don't engage what spawns to begin with, there is inherently a problem with the game. This isn't Splinter Cell, the game is bullet hell chaos, not sneak around and avoid everything you can at all costs.

Bubble on bugs negate slow tbh its kinda op since it doesnt break easily not like in HD1. And yes ive seen so many people play it differently once your out of the bubble like 9:43 youlld be dead there etc etc. the run is good nonetheless

@@OnlyOriginalNinja i didnt even discredit your idol my did you read my last sentence? “ the run us good nonetheless” but if you do play the game on QP you see bubble players just run around doing minimal kills and just looting and doing other stuff in solo, it may be good to split up before this patch but now you get overwhelmed if you dont thin the breach. Then they die and just run like cowards if they dont have the bubble like they can do shit, now try QP in automatons they most of randoms do work as a team. Now im not saying there are no team-players on bugs. There is. But 60-70% have this 1 or 2 guys just solo and die and all agro goes to the main obj
