Wooo this one is SUPER brutal! I started my first week of this being able to bang out the 6.2/10mph interval sprints and performed decently for the 12mph on and off sprints, but then I took a break for 3 weeks and came back not being able to break 5 rounds of the 12mph on and offs haha. Then again, I've been doing 1:30 on and 30 secs off for the 12mph on and off, so I may be overdoing it. I barely get to the incline set now, but I'm confident in a few weeks I'll be where I need to be with this routine. Thanks Gabriel.
I tried this after a few months of not running and gassed out after the first 10mph for 1 minute. Im in good shape physically but that just goes to show that if you arent used to cardio it doesnt matter.
Taking two weeks off Jiu Jitsu due to traveling, instead of sitting on my butt I’m going to be doing this the next two weeks so my cardio is better when I get back 🤙

Solid. Did you know top marathon runners maintain that treadmill max speed (12mph/20kph) for just over 2 hours straight.. reminds me to not be a pussy when I do my treadmill work 😂🏃♂️
A few years ago I set myself a goal to run 10 mins at 12mph on the treadmill. I would slowly increase the speed each week. Did it for a few months and never quite cracked it.
@@ghostofnedkelly7371 marathon runners put in looong long miles. I’m talking 30km+ daily. You have to build your aerobic endurance before trying such a feat

Your "sprint" at 12mph looks.like a normal run haha. Must be the long legs. At 10.5 mph I'm sprinting.

That is crazy. Sometimes I do 10mph for 10 minutes and that is pretty tough.
At 12mph over 1 minutes is rough.
