Your videos are extremely helpful but why does no one address how to make a call without using the Contact list? I can't find a way to get to keypad to dial. I also haven't found anyone who explains how to set mms. I bought this phone because it has mms, so I could receive the larger pictures that come from smart phones etc. I have minimum memory but I'm told I can receive up to 5 photos. I can receive 5 photos in one mms but when I want to transfer them it's made the file too big to move. You need to get the photos sent one at a time.
