I'm loving it and thought I purchased my pool pump/filter... nope, just the filter cartridges and the vacuum. Mijn ouders hebben altijd problemen met het opzetten van dit zwembad... ofja met alles. Dan hoor je ze af en toe schreeuwen naar elkaar. "Dat zeg ik toch!", "Zo doe je dat niet!", "Dat heb ik ook gedaan!". Als het er eindelijk staat dan is het alsof er niks is gebeurd. Het is grappig en vervelend tegelijk 😂

I just ordered this pool and placed it in 1st floor tarace but when my dad saw the pool he immediately said to remove water as it can damage roof because of its weight. 4.5 tones is a huge weight I realise after that now I fill it half. I bought it in 23000 PKR rupees around 118 USD quite cheap.
Hi Peter! Yep I'm the same never filled it full as the weight is huge! If you're not sure how much the terrace can take, be very careful! But also, enjoy! 😃

Hey Banadda! There is a drain valve just for that in the side of the pool. Just unscrew the plug and all water will come out.

Hi How's the quality of the material? Will it tear easily and any holes will be in the pool? I don't want inflatables because they tear or have holes later easily. It also seems a thin material. Does it require to be leveled completely or can it compromise a little unbalance?
Hi Maryam! Compared to inflatables this is definitely a step up, it is a single liner and no inflatable parts.. I'm happy with the durability, they should last a few seasons easily. Of course anything sharp could do some damage though.. In terms of balance.. Intex recommends perfectly level, from what I have seen, one or two centimeters off at the ends was not a problem... Good luck with your decision!!

Hi! I’ve owned these pools before just in way bigger sizes. Can I ask how you are circulating the water when the water level isn’t up high enough??? Or do you not use the pump?
Hi! I've been making sure the water level was above the water intake port.
Which was not so hard to do because below that level there wouldn't really be enough water to play in anyway..
I'm sure with bigger pools that won't be so straightforward.. ?

The quality of the Vinyl, you like more Intex or Bestway?
Hi! I would have to go 50 50 on that.. I've personally used both, and they easily last the season, and more of course.
I would say it is important to treat with care, have soft mats underneath so no rocks or sharp items can poke through.
Hey do I have to use cleaning materials for the water if I drain out the waterr after each use?
After every use? No i wouldn't think so. But it might be a bit of wasting water?

Hi Shopping Business! Yes we had a good think about that. Please don't try this at home unless you are sure you are not exceeding any weight limits of course!
@@DutchSailingFamily Yeah.. I've check with the building management. According to the construction engineer, the design load of my balcony is 1.5kPa. (i.e. 150 kg/m2). Meaning to say as long as I do no exceed 15cm water level, i can place it anywhere at the balcony. My balcony is 21m2.
Since the pressure from the pool is localised(4.12m2) I've move very closer to the beam that supports the canterliver system, keeping the water level between 20cm to 30cm at times, but not further.
Yeah, agree that anyone getting this type of pool for the balcony must consider the design load of the floor. Best to get someone to look into and not simply fill the pool to the max.

Best is to have the floater in the pool all the time, except when you swim :-)

This pool had no filtration system? I'm only asking because I'm looking to buy one but the one I see has one. I don't have outlets outside though so I need to know if I NEED the system or not.
Hi! If the pool you are buying has no connection for a filter system, that could be an issue if you plan to keep the water in for a long time. It will be hard to keep clean.. Hope you find the right pool for your needs!

Is it safe to put this kind of pool on the roof/garage? It's quite heavy when you fill it up, around 6000 kg.
It's a definite case of don't try this at home!! We're happy with our setup but always check for yourself. :-)

I'm having trouble connecting the last pole... it's seems to long... should I move the poles around?
Hi Camessa, did you get it done ? The last one is the hardest, you can make it easier by detaching an earlier one and then connecting the last one, and going back to the one you detached. That's because there is tension and this way you reduced the tension for the last one. I hope it helps!
Do u have the model no on this pool.. customer service cant find me a liner without the model number. They're saying that the size of the pool isn't enough to match it.
Hi! I found the 'item' number for my pool, it's 28200CC. But of course if it looks the same, it's still no guarantee that your number is the same.. Still I hope this helps you!!

Hi! In the box it was about 20 kgs, around 40 pounds.
We have the same pool! It takes a while to fill and can ours if FREEZING. do you know how to warm up a pool?

I heard black trash bags on the surface will heat it up
Yes anything black on the bottom of the pool should absorb any sunlight that there is, like Chelsea said, and could make some difference! Also covering it up in the evening when it's at it's warmest, will probably help a little!

Can two adults lay in this pool on two floats and still have room to move around? And is this the smallest pool they have in metal frame?

Hi Peter! We use 1 tablet a week. I leave it in the pool all the time, except when the kids play. Personally the pump is just fine for us.

How to connect the last piece elbow
The easiest way I found, was to disconnect one elbow that you connected earlier, go back to the last one and fit it, then reinsert the disconnected one. It's to do with the vinyl sliding along the tubes with resistance. Hope that worked for you!
