How to fix a leaking dripping outdoor tap

This is how to repair a leaking dripping out door tap and how to replace it if needed. The outside tap is very easy to replace and or fix yourself with minimal tools in minutes. If it dripping or leaking, cant be shut off or on then this video is for you. Hi Bill, what advice do you have for an external tap that has flexible pipe inside brick? I'm looking to change my 3 taps outside, but a plumber had issues with one tap that was twisting the pvc inside the wall. Thanks.

Good video Bill. i know you are careful not to put too much torque on a stuck spindle to unscrew in fear of bending or dislodging the cooper pipe base. Do you ever have to apply a heat source on it to facilitate the loosening of a stuck spindle ?
