  • Here a quick video showing off my 3in lift kit on my Toyota Tacoma. This lift is made from Toytec and uses eibach springs and Bilstien shocks. Overall I’m very happy with the setup. I now I have 33 in tires from BFG which work great for the terrain I’m on. Ask questions below!

Love it man! I’ve got a 2018 cement off-road. Looks like you’re in Denver too. Putting this kit on in the next few weeks!

Very nice Spencer. I have the same truck as well, but in the TRD Sport 4x4 version.

Did the UCAs come with the kit or you bought separately?

Could you please add the link in the description. I dont see any 3 inch lif kit from toytec, only 2 inch.

Kevin Rivas you found the right kit, just adjust it an inch higher. Exactly what I did with mine. You can self adjust yourself as well, just need the tool that comes with the suspension.

Those tires look too small. Unless the wheels are bigger and makes the sidewall look smaller. Is this a true 3” lift? I’m looking to lift my Tacoma and they are trying to sell me on the Toytec. How’s the ride? Does it feel planted, controlled and sporty? I’m trying to eliminate the pitch, sway and dive (floaty) feeling with the stock suspension.

He said the tires were 275s which aren’t really 33s. More like 32s. Typically what usually is referred to as 33s in tacomas are 285s which is going to require at least some trimming or a chop depending on wheel offset.

I know this thread is a couple of years old but I wanted to know how you like the lift after having it this long. I'm getting the sake Toytec lift on my 2023 Tacoma in a couple weeks.

Did you have to do any chopping in the front to avoid any rubbing after the lift? Looks very spacious for full on turns. How's the ride quality? Still get good mpg???

I wish I would've gone bigger on the tires. I had plenty of room to go up to a 34. These were mid 32 in size. BFG are smaller anyways even when they say "35" they are smaller. No rub at all, did a body mount chop to prevent this. Ride was MUCH better than stock. For the $, it is one of the best lift kits out there in my opinion. MPG could get up to 19, I don't think any tacomas get good gas mileage haha.

@@spencersteele7 mannnnn you and me both. Literally wanted to go the 34 route as well. Looks so much more beefy but ended up with the 275s then went with the 4.88 gears and tuned it up. So far so fun.
