  • I want to respectfully dedicate this video to Nick Sinclair 1964 - 2017 who was a driver for GB Railfreight and an avid Peterborough United fan and who was loved and respected by family, friends and colleagues
On this day in history GBRF class 66 no, 66735 received it's name in a small ceremony at Peterborough Nene Valley station on the Nene Valley Railway. This locomotive has been named Peterborough United after the football club that play just around the corner at the London Road Abax Stadium. The locomotive has also received a plaque dedicated and in memory of Nick Sinclair who will be remembered by so many people
Finally you also get a glimpse of the Nene Valley Railway's service train for the bank holiday Monday in this video as Battle of Britain class 4-6-2 no, 34081 92 Squadron is seen in service today hauling the train between Peterborough & Wansford then onto Yarwell Junction
