Thank you for addressing this. This is like the time weren't aware of the cancerous effects of cigarettes. I broke my phone one time and it put me in a position to have to think and do other things. That day I was feeling all depressed and lathargic and didn't know why. I decided to workout. By the next day, my mind became way more clear. I had amazing sleep the night before. I suddenly didn't feel the anxiety that there's something in the back of mind,(the need to check my phone), and suddenly my cognition was through the roof. Phones are killing our cognition and memory, and they're making us so A.D.D.
Sorry Scott but I'm not a fan of the intro. You seem like a humble guy but the intro is rather vain and too long. As for the interview, it's a nice touch of social conscious that I agree with completely, but the interview itself should be it's own separate segment. Your usual format is best in its animation, information, and succinctness.
Agree about the intro. But I thought this was a separate segment. He only talked about one topic and had a different intro to introduce the whole thing.
Really enjoy your content Scott, and have learned a lot both from your RUclips channel and your various interviews online. My only issue with your channel is that I wish you had more frequent uploads. Please take that as a complement :)
I love the new exploration of your brand. Like others I did like the subtle and humble old intro but I think a lot of people have trouble with adjusting to new changes to brand identities. Change is good though and I'd say keep it up until you find the perfect balance of change and visual flow.
Love this interview episode. Hope you do more soon! Also, the intro wasn't bad, but you're old one was genius. I liked that it was a different intro for a different type of video though.
Great video, and helps concrete the digital addiction we are seeing locally with our son and many of his friends. Although we like vlogging and I encourage the kids to be creative, they tend to get drawn to just viewing and being a consumer of tech products. humans prefer the easy path naturally.
That intro (although it may not be as professional ) & interview (especially with such a great knowledgeable guest) bring a freshness to the show, I love it! 🔥 Plus that book recommendation gave me a new book to add on my shopping cart on, the behemoth, Amazon. 😂 Nice work, Scott!
I left Facebook about a year ago. Harder than giving up alcohol. Which I've also managed since 2013. Not Bragging but I can tell you firsthand it IS an addiction. People live vicariously these days and I find it alarming
The new intro is great, but that old intro sound was pavlovian. It always got me horny for discussions about the current climate in the tech sector. RIP intro sound :(
Anybody else notice that a show doing commentary/analysis of branding, has built their own brand around the personality and image of Prof. Scott Galloway?
Liked your video. One more dose of dopamine for you Professor Galloway! You are simply irresistible! (however you are consistent with a video drop every thursday!)
For me Winners & Losers had a very specific format: go straight to the point, throw some up-to-date facts about an currently relevant topic, funny twist at the end to ease the information overload. I really liked that... This video seems more similar to the other videos about business and tech that I see in youtube. Great content as always, but the change in format is a bit disappointing. Maybe you could split the content in different playlists, or even different channels? Just my 2 cents.
And WELL'WELL tonight broadcast is indeed a very good interview with a very informative point of view I'm just saying always, always read between the lines and just let the truth be told the truth and food for thought is/was uploaded on June 8,2017. I'm am going to buy his book so I can do my homework/research for myself.
The new intro is too much, the old one was subtle and quick, got me right into the content. You had a brand and just ruined it. Save the shens for the end of each video, it worked.
I don't know if you've done any testing with the old intro vs. this new one, but you probably should. Or maybe this is your test. But I have a feeling that this new intro is too long to bring in new viewers.
Isn't the book pretty much the same as what Nir Eyal talks about in Hooked: How to Build Habit-Forming Products? It might be just a reversed connotation.
You know, i have to admit that one of your last video's i watched with the political comments near the end put me off. BUT it was very informative. Which led me to this one. I think based on this video, that both party's agree on these issues. I've only seen a couple of your videos so far and i like what I'm seeing. Personally i think you could get a lot more subscribers without the politics. BUT it's not my channel. If you want to voice your political views thats your right. Keep up the good work!
Most of these devices remind me of when I worked at a casino and watched people play slots for hours on end. They thought it was great! I thought that there were better uses of time.
Heroin and technology addiction is such a false equivalency. One actually causes a chemical dependency. Technology addition I'd like an addiction to food or gambling
Scott In my opinion the old style was better. When I click on your video I come for the news and information first, then shenanigans towards the end. Just my two cents.
I get a burst of dopamine when I see you uploaded a new video
Gunny Smith Me too. That digital drug is good shit!
But the time is too predictable.
Your old intro was GENIUS: one quick note and you're in the video. Please bring it back.
Michael Petersen YES!
Michael Petersen yup. I voted loser
Michael Petersen it was clean and simple. As someone who watches too much RUclips, I really appreciated it.
Agreed. A simpler intro echoes the 'to the point' delivery of his content.
Agreed, save the eye candy for the outtro
Bring back the old intro
Damn this is making me feel guilty about letting my kid use the iPad.
This is the best show on RUclips, but I can't decide if the new intro is too long or damn sexy🔥
It's missing Madonna, though. /s
It has Scott dressed as Madonna tho
Sending Scott all the validation he needs to keep putting this gold up! 😎
This is the first channel that I saw in a pre-roll advertisement and immediately looked up to subscribe to, about 3 months ago. I'm glad I did.

The intro is gansta and the big dawg is gansta brah
this is some crazy valuable information for any entrepreneurs and or creators. The best things in life are truly free.
mr. galloway, you are the cause of much joy in my life. thank you once again for your carefully crafted videos and measured style.
Really enjoy your content Scott, and have learned a lot both from your RUclips channel and your various interviews online. My only issue with your channel is that I wish you had more frequent uploads. Please take that as a complement :)
yes this is by far one of the top 3 RUclips channels. I can admit saving a couple of them so there's always a fresh one to view.
Shorten the intro to the black and white portion and "winners and losers".
Long intros waste time
I love watching these videos on 0.75 speed. My midwestern nurture and my slow mental nature benefits greatly.
Excellent analysis of the addiction or attraction of how we consume our information in this day in age. Great show!
Fantastic video! but please shorten intro
I liked the engagement with the poll questions on the side, that was pretty dope.
I love the new exploration of your brand. Like others I did like the subtle and humble old intro but I think a lot of people have trouble with adjusting to new changes to brand identities. Change is good though and I'd say keep it up until you find the perfect balance of change and visual flow.
Great video as always - Thank you!

Just bought the book, can't wait to read it!!!
Two weeks of serious videos and I like them. But don't forget, we like the funny ones too!
Great video, and helps concrete the digital addiction we are seeing locally with our son and many of his friends. Although we like vlogging and I encourage the kids to be creative, they tend to get drawn to just viewing and being a consumer of tech products. humans prefer the easy path naturally.
MORE! I MUST HAVE MORE CONTENT! Your leaving me with an open loop Scott
Great interview. Intro is for student no for business people.
Very insightful episode. Didnt know that many tech leaders do not want their kids heavily interacting with tech
I watched the intro about six times. Loved it. Scott reminds me of Clooney's character in Money Monster.
New video of Scott and no notification? BAD RUclips.
It's an issue with parents letting screens be a baby sitter and not teaching the kids moderation.
That intro (although it may not be as professional ) & interview (especially with such a great knowledgeable guest) bring a freshness to the show, I love it! 🔥
Plus that book recommendation gave me a new book to add on my shopping cart on, the behemoth, Amazon. 😂
Nice work, Scott!

I still have my flip phone because I like the flip motion and buttons you actually push!!!
Subtlety encouraging people to post positive comments by presenting the chance for said comments to be highlighted in the end of videos... genius!
The new intro is great, but that old intro sound was pavlovian. It always got me horny for discussions about the current climate in the tech sector. RIP intro sound :(
you get me fam!
These types of videos are fantastic! Loved this one.
Anybody else notice that a show doing commentary/analysis of branding, has built their own brand around the personality and image of Prof. Scott Galloway?
New graphic opening -- sweet! success, Doc.
Liked your video. One more dose of dopamine for you Professor Galloway! You are simply irresistible! (however you are consistent with a video drop every thursday!)
WoW, amazing insights Mr. Adam Alter. Thank you.
SCOTT GALLOWAY....AN ICON OF DIGITAL POP CULTURE.
Amazing episode
start in 5:20
fascinating facts.
For me Winners & Losers had a very specific format: go straight to the point, throw some up-to-date facts about an currently relevant topic, funny twist at the end to ease the information overload. Great guest/interview Scott - just bought the book.

Love the new intro. Guest interview was a nice surprise. When is your next keynote that you will post to youtube?
I'm addicted to your videos.
Funny how the comments focus on the intro rather than the fascinating psychology content...I like the intro btw
People complaining about the intro and completely missing the great content of the video. Don't like the intro? Skip it. Problem solved.
"I check my videos 2 or 3 times a day"
HI SCOTT!!!!!! 👋🏾
Kids + Technology = Impatient Brats.
I think you are going places. You have a style that will last.
This comment just gave you a hit of dopamine, didn't it, Scott?
Scott, that was great. Thank you.
the new intro is killer. but that ending is gonna make me grind my teeth for a week.
Right on the nose. The instant need of digital affection will be the demise of many.
Very interesting! Some of the points he made were enlightening
I want scott black and white all the time
You have the best outros on the internet.
The best way to avoid psychological traps is to know about them.
Instant like
The new intro is too much, the old one was subtle and quick, got me right into the content.
You had a brand and just ruined it. Save the shens for the end of each video, it worked.
You have the attention span of a goldfish. The new intro is ten seconds long.
Or just just mix it up, if there was a new one each week I wouldn't complain
carianoff I liked the old style better as well
carianoff He didn't ruin it. You're overreacting.
I like the concept, but I think it's a little bit too energetic for what the show is. Meh, idk.
Really informative this week but I didn't get yelled at and I'm pissed about it.
Hi, little burst of dopamine, reporting in!
Enjoy the dopamine hit Scott, another stunningly useful video...
Love the video Scott Galloway
thanks
Love the new intro and the interview was interesting.
Interesting, ill keep this in mind when i have kids myself.
awesome interview
That was an awesome video. You should do more interviews with people
it's so irresistible, I can't stop watching it... ☠️
I'm reading Adam Alter's book right now :)
Great interview. Lots of insightful stuff.
The idea that multimillionaire professor Scott Galloway is getting a dopamine hit from reading my RUclips comment is funny to me
Don't stop!
timing for this video couldn't have at a better time! 3 teenage girls
These videos are like crack. Here I am hooked again for yet another week!
I hope this is your new intro! It rocks!
I don't know if you've done any testing with the old intro vs. this new one, but you probably should. Or maybe this is your test. But I have a feeling that this new intro is too long to bring in new viewers.
Those whining about the long intro completely miss the point of this entire video. Great job humans.
Isn't the book pretty much the same as what Nir Eyal talks about in Hooked: How to Build Habit-Forming Products? It might be just a reversed connotation.
4 seconds into the video, up vote. Damn!
You know, i have to admit that one of your last video's i watched with the political comments near the end put me off. BUT it was very informative. Which led me to this one. The new intro is great lol
Very useful, always giving value, thanks man
Love the longer videos!
I liked the interview. Very interesting.
Most of these devices remind me of when I worked at a casino and watched people play slots for hours on end. They thought it was great! I thought that there were better uses of time.
Thanks dad
I love this show! Congrats, Professor! (Have some more Dopamine, pls). =D
Interesting. Thanks for sharing
You need to do a podcast.
AMAZING INTRO & OUTRO
Heroin and technology addiction is such a false equivalency. One actually causes a chemical dependency. Technology addition I'd like an addiction to food or gambling
A ton of great info here. Keep the intro.
Whoever the f*** is editing L2s videos, does a great job! Never ever fire him, Scott! ;)
The book is really good btw. Just red it recently....
I'm going to repost this to see if I can draft off of your dopamine hit.
Love the new intro
That was awesome I've always wondered about the tech world lol all those youngsters got it easy
Scott In my opinion the old style was better. When I click on your video I come for the news and information first, then shenanigans towards the end. Just my two cents.
