Has anyone stayed in Gouvino bay ? I am hering mixed reviews about the water in the actual bay. Apparently its more like swamp water with ducks and swans can anyone clarify this ?

Is Gouvia similar to Sidari, and is the Paradise Hotel near the centre, or is it quite far way. I have also read that there is a steep hill up to this hotel. Thanks

On the other hand, if you enjoy a blend of local charm and a lively marina atmosphere, Gouvia could be ideal. Not completely flat no. The whole Corfu is up and down is not a flat island .
